Ok place to stay one or two nights if you want to visit downtown of Bandung

Very easy access to the Plaza. Strategic place for tourist like me.Only the electric kettle is too small in the room. Overall had a nice stay for 3 nights. The Business Room was good.The buffet breakfast was 👌. The staffs were polite & gentle .Keep it up your excellent service always!

Location is at the center of the city, next to a large mall making this hotel very accessible.The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable.

The staffs were very helpful and polite.We were particularly impressed with the restaurant manager at the coffee house for going out of the way to accomodate our request.Food were excellant too

Old and elegant. I stayed in a Business room with great view, spacious room and bathroom. With seating area, very comfortable bed. The room service menu has very good price and the food presentation is beautiful, big portion and delicious! Swimming pool is huge, quiet and clean. The spa is old but functional sauna - perhaps a little TLC like makibgvit smell nicer and put some small touches like flowers. Gym is has no view but with updated equipment. Garden area is beautiful and well looked after. The hotel is connected to a mall. Out of 5 hotels I stayed in Bandung this is my number one choice and I highly recommend it. The plus factor the reception staff speaks English very well, friendly and accommodating.

Unhelpful staff. An old hotel with poor wifi.

The art of hotel interior design and we love the smell of aroma at he lobby. We will come back to stay here for our vocation.

We had awesome experience staying in Aryaduta. Great location, next to Bandung Indah Plaza. And also close to Trans Studio, really pleasant and clean rooms. The staffs are so friendly, incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We stayed with our two boys and they were so happy.

I was check in at midnight time, tired and sleepy with my family. at first was serve by young man, a nice person but then transferred by a senior staff by his own decision (this senior staff, Noe ?) He was act as superior person and less nice, swipe my card twice in his edc machine, but don't show any proof it wasn't succeed, so I need to check my self on my phone banking. Was asks for more sleeper due to cold tile but didn't get it until check out. after check out was using toilet in lobby area, there are 2 regular room and one for disabilities, but one was occupied and the other one had damaged door so cant be closed. I used one for disabilities and its very dirty with after used tissue

great holiday with arya duta bandung, recomended...

I got a room facing the mountains and the view is fabulous. The room is spacious. The bed is nice (although you can see that it's a bit old as it tilts slightly downwards), anyway it's still fluffy & I had pretty good sleep. Toilet is quite ok, the only bad thing about it is the water doesn't go down the drain so fast, so you may experience a little ponding (for both the bath tub and wastafel). The hot water is warm with heavy flow.

I think the toilet cubile was leaking because there was a stench. The shower curtains have black spots at the bottom. There are also black dots on the toilet door. Hence i rated ok

The breakfast buffet is extensive, with traditional indonesian food and western food. Staff are friendly, especially the security at the road entrance and front desk. It was a great hotel to stay at.

Do not order the food from the hotel. We ordered rice and fried beancurd. That night my mom vomitted many times and I had a bad diarrhoea. I needed wheel chair assistance to the airport and all the way to Singapore. Luckily the airline allowed me to board the plane as I looked really weak and sick. Due to being really sick, I had forgotten to take my hph which was left in the hotel room. I called the hotel to check but they said they didnt find any hph although I told them that the location of my iphone (detect through 'Find iphone' device) is still in the hotel. Not sure whether they really cant find or the staff being dishonest. Seriously, my family didnt enjoy ourselves, the road is always jammed, stayed in the van too long to get to the attraction. No more Bandung for me.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days, the only I was regret it the charge too much for local call.
