Very basic stay. Try for a second story room. First floor has no furniture for outside seating, the interior court is very small and your other option puts you basically on the side walk. We took dining rooms chairs to there. 2nd floor rooms had balconies with furniture. Laundry service was outstanding. Having a kitchen was a bonus but limited tools available. A strainer for pasta (a travellers staple) would have been nice. Also what was left of a melted spatula made it tough to flip anything in the pan. Coffee maker and blender looked pretty new. Air conditioner didn’t go below 24c. Was pretty warm. All in all, not sure it was worth the price, spend an extra $20.

Booked for a week based on the online appearance.
No bedding, just sheets. The air conditioner was set to 24 permanantly. Room never cooled down. Kitchen almost toy-like. Bathroom rediculous and nasty. Traffic noise intollarable. Whole street smells of open sewer. No parking as advertised. We left after one night and were charged for the whole week. Sad.
Maybe remove the dirty, old piano and fix the tiny kitchen and bathroom with the space you gain.

Host was welcoming and helpful when we had questions. Place was clean, we had a nice view of the water, it was a great location, close to the town but not right in town (5 min walk). Also a super quick walk to markets, coffee shops and restaurants.

Maurizio is one of the most friendly owner I've met, the apartments are great, very clean a'd affordable. Great location!

Lets start by getting a phone call at 7pm asking me to give them my credit card information over the phone (not happening) 3 day before my stay i called them gave them my card info for a security deposit and confirm my reservation. Got to the hotel was granted an early check-in at 2pm which was great due to the fact we were tired after a long day of touring and having to wait 1hr for the room to be cleaned. This where it all turns left ! THE ROOM I BOOKED AND PAID FOR WAS A LOFT WITH OCEAN VIEW . I got a room with a view of the garden , not happy! After complaining to the guy he says the ocean is behind all the bushes and he will have it cut! NOT THE BEST ANSWER. The only reason i stayed and didnt cancel on the spto was due to my tiredness ! Hot water was flecky. I had no hot water at night (bummer). The place is great , loved the room but not what I PAYED FOR.

The bathroom as well was very very small. The day after our arrival, the owner offered to change us to a larger room for the last 3 days, but in the meantime he changed his mind. The room was cleaned the first day and towels change, after that, 3 days later and not again. We had to put our garbage in the hallway to have it emptyed. Our *mini suite* was accross from the reception, and the walls paper thing, so wheneveer another customer came to chat with the owner, we could hear everything and this was very disturbing. The window was on the street and also noisy.

The manager, Maurice, is an angel in disguise! He went above and beyond to help make us feel welcome and comfortable. He took the time to answer questions and help with planning. He speaks English quite well which is an asset in an area where that is hard to find.
The laundry service was a huge bonus!

Bed frame broke 1st night but management came and fixed it. We never could get the stove lit for use.

Comfortable, clean lodging for those wanting a quiet stay. This is not a party zone. Excellent service, great staff. Thomasio and Mauricio were wonderful and informative.

The owners were super nice. Picked me up at the airport and made me feel at home. Apartment was clean. Less than a minute walk to bocas blended smoothie bus and panama dive center.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and the experience couldn't be better! Maurice the manager, and the rest of the staff was very friendly and nice all the time. They even gave us a couple of free drinks ;).
The location is great, just minutes from the the 3rd street where most of the stuff is.
The room was really nice and tidy, we will definitely come back! :)

The place was really nice and clean. The staff was helpful with all of our many requests and even started our stay off with a fresh smoothie! I would definitely come back.

Close to downtown and nearby shops and restaurants which was great. Walkable neighborhood with patrolling police. If you are staying for longer, then you need to pay extra for laundry and cleaning services. For the price, this was a great value. However, the electricity and the water went off a few times during our 4 day stay which was problematic.

Great view of the water. Quiet street but a short walk to anything you need. Room was spacious and the balcony view was wonderful. Can't beat the price. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Laundry service on site.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and offered a ton of advice. They're very accommodating and attentive. The location was perfect, right across from the waterfront, and a bit removed from the bustling party scene in town so the setting was quite respite, but still an easy walk to the center of town.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner and his friend were very helpful and did everything to make our stay pleasant. Would definitely return. Loved our penthouse apartment.

We had to stay at the micro suite but even it was a petite room it was quite comfortable.
Overall experience was great , the owner make us fell like home! Definetely will return
