I stay in plenty leading hotels of the world and I can’t believed these is one. Maybe it was 10 years ago .

This is a beautiful property right in the heart of Spaccanapoli. The staff was amazing and the room accommodations were great. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel and very clean!

The staff was terrific. Very helpful and responsive. The hotel is a bit challenging to find as no cars are allowed on it's little cobblestone alleyway. Arriving in that area in Naples, with wall to wall graffiti everywhere is a bit disconcerting, especially at 7am when the streets are pretty deserted. However, by mid morning everything was bustling and we had a wonderful day, taking lots of suggestions from the hotel staff.

An awesome secluded hotel in the middle of the Spanish Quarter. It took a while to find it as it is hidden off the street in a courtyard. Beautiful condition and style. Very friendly and professional staff greet you. It has a private fifth floor terrace where you can see the city.

Gennaro and the entire staff was top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for anymore who wants to have a true wonderful Naples experience in the heart of the city.

This was a fantastic hotel with exceptional personalised experience from the staff. The location is very central and very busy, but the rooms were quiet and the staff treated us very well.

Absolutely amazing boutique hotel. Will stay here again. Staff and service was 5 star. They did everything to accomodate us. Rooftop deck is amazing. Breakfast was excellent. No complaints whatsoever.....and very impressed overall.

What a great hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Great location - step outside the quiet courtyard into the hustle and bustle of Naples at it's best! The room was lovely - we had a bed and bathroom on the main level and our adult children enjoyed the upper level with twin beds and comfortable seating area. There was a mini-bar hard to figure out the prices? We didn't have the breakfast option as we wanted to enjoy the food out on the street. We will stay here again if we ever return to Naples.

People in the hotel were so nice and helped us in everything that was posible. It’s located in a very busy are in Napoli , so if you don’t like the crowds this is not the place for you . I enjoyed it and it was a lot of fun . The room was perfect

I am so glad i didnt judge this book by its cover. Behind the gated door was a wonderful historic building with the best view in the city.

Great stay, great communication, and friendly super helpful staff. My family of 5 stayed and really enjoyed it for only 1 night. Couch was a bit stained which was not acceptable for the price in my opinion. Love the location, super close to everything. The history of the building is awesome and loved the terrace on top!

Right in the middle of shopping and great restaurants! The rooms were very nicely appointed but the beds were like concrete and we had to walk down 4 floors with our luggage because the elevator wasn’t working.

This hotel is nothing short of wonderful. On a busy street in Naples, this is a peaceful oasis. Great service. Loved the room. And it was very quiet. And this was our second visit. We will be back.

Absolute gem of a hotel but when you roll up to to property entrance from the street, the graffiti adorned large door may scare you a bit. Once inside the atrium you find a wonderful hotel and super friendly staff. We LOVED the rooftop veranda with majestic views of Naples. Highly recommended!!!

The property was very nice! The staff was great. Only complaint is that our air conditioning didn’t seem like it was working all that great but we only stayed one night so not that big of a deal. And the shower was very tight.

Charming building with modern comforts…staff was incredibly friendly., Conveniently located in center historic area. If arriving by car or taxi call the front desk to confirm if you can come directly to the building. As with many historic city centers limited car access applies. Great eats and coffee in the area

Spectacular and unusual hotel hidden in the very heart of historic Naples. Friendly staff who weren’t just doing a job - but going out of their way to make your stay special. Roof terrace with 360 panoramic views of the city and surrounding land and seascapes. Plus THE most comfortable bed I’ve had the pleasure to sleep in. I wish I had been able to stay longer than one night.

The best part of Naples was the hotel. Naples is s hustling city. The hotel was quiet and we loved the history of the building. The staff was extra special nice

Being on a small farm near a small village was just what we were looking for. No urban noise, just peace and quiet (with some amusing peacocks in the mix). A 15 minute walk to the village - small grocery stores, pharmacy, ATM, and gelato.

Licia at the front desk was so helpful! We were only there for a short time but she arranged an early am transfer during a taxi strike and messaged our confirmation via WhatsApp while we were out and gave us the best pizza recommendation close by. Still dreaming of it. We also had trouble finding an atm and messaged her and she gave us a location immediately. Really amazing service. We’re typically diy travelers, but everyone has an off day and she really made things easier for us. Even offered us Prosecco when our arrival transfer from another hotel didn’t go as planned. Hotel was boutique-y and beautiful and an awesome location with a beautiful terrace that you can see the water and mt Vesuvius from with a glass of wine from the bar! Hope to stay here again for longer than a night!

Hotel is very no frills and everything inside feels pretty cheap. Seems more like a 2 star hotel rather than a 4 start hotel. The best thing about the hotel was the staff and how friendly they were.

Excellent customer service. Took special care of my family.
