They have not offered the room that I desired. The shower is terrible as it’s easily getting flooded. Location is not bad but the staff are not helpful at all. Service pretty bad and also can’t communicate well in English. Lots of check ins and check outs…not recommend. My Osaka experience with Voco was much better.

The hotel lobby is clean and well decorated, checking in and out is a breeze. Room is good except the mountain view is through a tiny window overlooking the carpark and not as what we have expected. Complimentary minibar is a pleasant surprise and you will be spoiled for choices if you opt to have the buffet breakfast. There are only 2 minor feedback for this property: 1. the housekeeping standard is not consistent so it depends on who cleaned your room, you will either get a clean and fully stocked room or cleaned and forgotten minibar items, or partially cleaned room. 2. On our last night the central heater is switched on due to the cold weather but the room become very stuffy with no ventilating fan. Other than this we have enjoyed our stay and will be back one day.

Staff is extremely helpful and thank you for their kindness for providing me the luggage storage even my stay is one day later. Since the hotel MIDO did not open when I was there around 8:45am when the first day just arrived Seoul, and feeling very frustrated and VOCO hotel just in the right time for providing me a Helping hand..
100% recommended and the buffet breakfast is yummy too

VOCO Hotel was top notch. We stayed there when it was T Mark Grand Hotel and very familiar with the property.
Pleased with the changes/improvements.
1. GS convenience store in the lobby
2. restaurant selection was excellent with many choices to satisfy even picky eaters. The food was very tasty and fresh.
3. Loved the Twosome Place coffee shop that stayed open very late. Perfect for a late night snack.
4. Elevators were very fast and clean.
5. Front desk employees were friendly and helpful. Spoke and understood english.

Very polite and kind service from front desk- but house staff forgot to clean my room.. and the front staff gave me a small red bean cookie.
And then when I need a water or coffee refill it took 3x calls.

Maybe a hotteok (호떡) would have gone a long way? I think it was just a hiccup- very clean.

My experience at Voco Seoul Myeongdon hotel was overall great.
It's fairly new hotel so not many taxi drivers know how to get to this hotel, but it's located in a great location right in front of Namdaemoon market.
The room is very clean and the mattress is firm, which gives pleasant experience. However, this hotel needs a lot of improvement in the bathroom.
After shower, the bathtub does not drain and also the shower curtain is not drape properly that the water leaks to the floor after taking shower.
The hair dryer doesn't have strong power to dry hair fast enough.

Absolutely loved the hotel. Really loved that the bathroom had a full size bath tub. It was very nice being able to soak in the tub after a very busy day walking around Seoul.

The staff were pleasant and the hotel rooms are large. The reason I removed one star is the hotel controls the AC and the room will not cool below the threshold set by the hotel which in my case was 24°C (75.2°F). That's unacceptable to me and I will not stay at the hotel in the future. I'm paying a decent price for the room and if I want the room colder I should be able to set it at least to 72°F. The room was hot and stuffy during the summer days.

It’s a great hotel that is very well situated in Myeong-dong (close to Shinsegae dept store, Myeong-dong street and Lotte plaza). Also, Hoehyeon subway station is right outside the front door of the hotel, and the bus stop for the airport bus is right across the street. The breakfasts were delicious and the portions were very large. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to see all the sights around Seoul easily using public transportation. We had a wonderful stay!

Stayed family suite which was decent size. Second time staying here, good location close to metro, shops, food. Was cheaper than usual because the other facilities were closed which was fine because we didn't need those.

My wife and I were very impressed with the Tmark Hotel. Our stay was made very pleasant by the helpful and approachable staff who dealt with all requests promptly and efficiently. We could not praise this hotel enough but the best compliment we can pay is that we have already booked to return to spend the last week of our holiday there.

Also strange that the Hotel will charge the full amoun on your Credit Card but I was not told. They don't "Block" the card credit like any other hotel. They cannot issue me a receipt despite charging the Card with Full amount untill I check up.. this is strange.
The Hotel Do not have a taxi drop off point. The Taxi will have to be stop by the road side. I don't see the staff helping guest to book hotel or anything.
Service is not up to the 4 Star Hotel as listed for sure.

This hotel is massive, gorgeous, and in a great location. We had a ridiculous beautiful view of Namsan from our room window. The workers, including front desk and the cleaning lady, were all kind and professional. The bathtub was lovely and the big was super comfortable and warm. The only negative was there I found a few long strands of hair on the clean towels, probably from a cleaning lady.
