Hotel is a great location. Nice Hotel. If communicating in English with the Staff you may have some difficulty.

Nice food in the restaraunt and included breakfast, room was stylish and front desk brought more towels right away

Hotel was very clean and the facilities in the room were great. Free Wifi was a bonus. We checked out before breakfast so cant comment on the quality of this. We only stayed one night (stop over) but the restaurant next door to the hotel was great value for money. Had a cash machine and small shop adjacent to the hotel as well.

I booked my stay for two day and paid for it and I had to leave the place after the first nigh. The ned sheets are old and the pillows very uncomfortable. The vegetables served for breakfast were not fresh. I asked for a cup of coffee and it never came too. Overall it was a horrible experience and I wish I get my refund for the night I didn't use.

We waited too much for check inn... The staff were busy serving people atthe bar... whoch j tought was not ok. we came late and were waiting..... Butoverall it was good.

This hotel has a huge amount of potential however our stay was met with some glitches. The AC worked good, bed comfortable, bathroom huge and clean, breakfast had a fairly good selection, great wifi in the room. Manager was extremely helpful. There were a few challenges during our stay. The first day our shower drain was plugged and we couldnt stay in the shower for more than 2 minutes without it overflowing. This was fixed the same day after reporting it. We didnt feel comfortable leaving anything in the safe as you could pick up the safe and carry it away. No English speaking channels on the TV. The biggest problem occurred with the fact that there was a football team in the hotel during our stay. There were two nights where the team was yelling and screaming with doors slamming until 1 a.m. I called the front desk more than once, but it was not resolved. I even went and talked with the team members who were across the hall from us. They had the door open and were yelling. The next morning one of the team members was sitting on his bed nude with the door wide open. Not exactly what you want to experience on a business trip. The hotel manager switched us to a very nice room the last night of our stay, which was quiet and comfortable.

A nice small hotel with quality 4 star rooms.Lawrence, the really caring manager made us feel at home. The best ever hotel manager that I met in the past 20 years.The reception girls are so sweet and helpful, and all the bar boys are very nice as well. Definitely recommend to everyone and will come back to this hotel again in the future.

Good location by the beach and fantastic breakfast. Also, the staff at hotel are extremely helpful and kind.

Nice hotel close at 10 minutes from the city centre of Chisinau. The staff was really nice and friendly. We had a problem with the security box, solved in 5 minutes.

I must repeat my extremely positive impression about that hotel and team . Morever the director is everywhere checking and solving all problems. Let say : GREAT !

This was a fantastic hotel. Clean, modern, great breakfast - pancakes were out of this world. Staff are fantastic, and the manager Lawrence is a true modern professional and a decent man. His staff are extremely knowledgable and always willing to help. Just a fantastic stay that was made great by a fantastic hotel. Can not fault the place at all.

Great hotel, new with amazing rooms and great staff. A bit far from the City Center but when I needed a ride the owner himself took me to my destination!

Great stay. Great service. Would highly recommend this hotel!

I chose the hotel because it looked newer, and that was correct. They were not that busy. The staff was very nice. It took them some time to activate our room cards, and when we got to the room, it would not open. Apparently, the door batteries were dead. They offered us another room, and 10 minutes later, they upgraded to the suite apartment, that was really nice, and spacious. Also, there is plenty of space in the bathrooms. Nice breakfast, too. I would stay again at this hotel, if I would get back to Chisinau ( I am an Expedia gold status member).
