Dayzah was a lifesaver. She really has a great customer service attitude and is very pleasant. She made my stay so comfortable.

Was okay everything but the fact that they don’t offer free breakfast

Keys weren’t working, but the young lady working the front desk was friendly and helpful.

The hotel did not have key access to the rooms! I had to be escorted in and out of my room

Their system to give our key cards was down and did not have access to a key. Had to ask a worker to let me in the room everytime. Front office was not available in the morning before 8am. But front staff that was available when accessible was very friendly.

The overall stay was acceptable. The hotel canceled my reservation without any notice and because of how their system works, they could not book me an empty room. The receptionist was fantastic and did everything she could to make it right. My complaint is that there was no communication. I never received an email or phone call that my card had been declined. Fortunately, the only problem was that I had not activated my new card. Also, I am grateful that my coworker was traveling with me and she was able to let me stay in her room.

During my stay, the elevators were broken, making it hard to bring stuff up to my room.

They don't told the wifi need to change some password. The elevator is out of service. The second floor stink. The person who is attending in front desk was in a personal call all the times.

Slamming doors all night, smells of pot and cigarettes. Kids running and screaming down the hall. People lurking in and around the building. Will not return.

The room was filthy, the bed sheets had red stains on them. There was blood on the bathroom floor and the whole square footage hadn’t seen a mop in god knows how long. The room has a terrible smell and the rest room wall has mold and needs to be fixed.

The staff was friendly and nice... the room jeys kept going out so often had to be reprogrammed. No utensils or dishes in the room or pans... not even a toaster or paper towels.... expect more from a weekly kitchen room hotel.

306$ and 81.79 twice on my bank account . This hotel didn’t have elevator so I couldn’t stay . The staff just minute I call my ride to go to another hotel then offered me
A room downstairs and really it was late with my elderly parents and all the inconveniences n hotel situation even worse . I asked them many time to cancel if they didn’t have elevator and I went in person

Horrible, the room smelled so bad the bathroom smelt better. Then we had the climb the stairs due to elevator was broken. So need less to say my kids and I were very uncomfortable but had no choice. I already requested a refund, I another review earlier this morning.

Quality is good as a near airport hotel. WiFi did not work.

Room as clean. There are no ice machines on the property, but there are ice trays in the freezer in the room. Doesn't help you have ice when you first arrive, so stop at the Shell station next door. Bed was pretty hard, if you like that, you'll be good. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

The whole floor had a strong horrible odor. The room smelled bad as well. The elevators did not work so we had to carry luggage and go in and out by walking three flights of stairs. Vending machines also did not work, no ice either. Still have no received my deposit back into my bank account either so I will be calling to dispute the charges. Save your money and look elsewhere.

The hotel was full, but our room was surprisingly, and blissfully, quiet.

It was ok until the last day when the elevator got stuck with someone in it and my daughter had to inform the front desk, because the young lady was not aware.she then came and check on the person who was in the elevator. Then we was told to use the stairs which we was on the third floor and my legs were hurting and swollen from the stairs. It was fix by morning when we left thank God we had a lot of stuff to load and it would have been a lot to climb the stairs back and forth.

Somebody was staying in my room before I came, the front desk lady had to go “and check something really quick” when I arrived they forgot to flush the toilet, is full with people on drugs, terrible experience
