This our second time staying here. Excellent hotel that is located near tourist locations, restaurants, and shopping areas/malls. Highly recommended this hotel.

The hotel was close by to other places I needed to go during my trip. A down side it’s there is no alarm clock, chairs, or a telephone in the room. The staff, Miss Mayra and the two security persons were exceptionally and very friendly. The menu options are quite limited. However, I would stay again there for the convenience to be close by the shopping center, restaurants, museum.

It was a great option for a overnight staying at a hotel. The staff was kind and warming. The room was private and cozy also the food was good. I'm definitely staying there again whenever I'm in San Salvador with my wife.

I stayed for 4 nights and everything was okay with the hotel, except the noise from the business next door, it’s pretty noisy with loud music and it was hard to sleep.

Great area, nice rooms. Room darkness should be improve. Last visit were a bit too noisy during late night.

It has a modern look. The water pressure in the shower was incredible. Better than NY. The staff was friendly. It was clean. I didn’t like that when the faucet turned on next door, you can hear it like a hissing sound. It was very loud.

Great and convenient location. It was a quick stay on a Saturday night so there was really loud music playing at the bar next door. If you’re a deep sleeper, then it’s ok. Otherwise, it’s way too loud to sleep even with earplugs. The staff couldn’t do much about it- they just smiled it off- offered a great breakfast!

Tiny rooms, but just enough to be comfortable. There was a lack of power sockets on the room, only available on bathroom. Bathroom good dessing but shower have no place to put amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.). A light blanket, in aditi9n to regular sheets should be a good idea.

A side of the loud persons who may have been staying in the hotel this site is actually very quiet the fact the it has the office and dinning area as buffer for the sounds of the traffic it's a plus last time I stayed on hotel a cross the street and I was not able to sleep the sounds of the traffic but in this place no problem

Rooms are too dark, lighting is too low, no quilt or cover on bed so if you use ac then it is way to cold.

This hotel was closed for renovations. After I booked the hotel contacted me to let me know. They sent us to the sister hotel which was Hotel Citlalli. Our stay there was great. Great staff and very clean. The tiles in the shower were so beautiful. I had to take a picture and share.

It was a great experience, the included breakfast was delicious (we recommend the Typical Salvadoran one). The experience overall was great, the room was clean, and well equipped, also, the staff was excellent. It is located near to clubs, great restaurants, and luxury malls :)
