Cool Hotel in busy and entertaining neighbourhood…

Excellent hotel with fantastic service right in the heart of Myeongdong. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby, as well as a lively night market. There was one night when there was someone singing/performing outside the hotel and it was quite loud until around midnight, but we didn’t have problems other nights. Overall it was a great experience, the hotel and our room were tastefully decorated and we even got a small bag of popcorn on arrival. Highly recommmend!

Excellent stay at hotel 28 Myeongdong! Best location, near shopping, restaurants, tour pick ups, large mall and street foods. Everything is right there. Great service by front desk, very clean and surprisingly quiet with all the action just in front. Mini fridge refilled daily with drinks. We went on three tours and all pick ups were in walking distance. Would stay here again.

Place was great overall. If you’re not a smoker, you’d probably have issues right outside the hotel as it’s a common smoking zone. Meaning every time you step out of the hotel or get back to the hotel, you’ll be passing by a street with a good helping smell of cigarettes.

What a fabulous and unique hotel! Beyond confortable and modern, nothing is lacking in the rooms. Even though you are in the middle of the city, my room was very quiet. The hotel stay in constant communication and warned me i wouldn't have a view which I appreciated. A fun and interesting cinema themed hotel with a mini museum and library. The staff really are the unique selling point. Helpful, kind and gave the best advice for restaurants and bars. I cannot thank them enough! Only thing that could be improved is their restaurant. Although I did not try, the breakfast did not look great compared to the fantastic hotel it was connected to. Will definitely stay again!

Best hotel. Staff was great. Big room for Seoul with a great corner view. Location is perfect for fun and metro. I would stay here every chance I could.

The location is fantastic, so many eateries around and very close to shopping. Service is impeccable

It was located near everything and conveniently located for tourists. The only thing that I didn’t like was level of noise from the street at night due to the famous chicken and beer alley.

We loved this hotel. It feels hip and fun, and it’s smack in the middle of all the action of Myeongdong. Yet somehow none of the street noise made it into our room, we slept like babies. The hotel staff is so kind and pointed us to some delicious dinner options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Seoul. It’s centrally located, you can walk to tons of places, and more neighborhoods are just a quick metro away.

Very convenient location, comfortable and sizable room, and high-quality breakfast. We stayed on the third floor right above the fried chicken street, but amazingly could hear none of the noise outside. Great home base for our stay in Seoul, very good and accessible transportation options nearby, and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Location, location, location. This property is literally in the heart of the Myeongdong shopping district. The night market and train station are less than a 5 minute walk; there are a ton of restaurants and cafes right outside the front entrance, around the corner, every which way around the hotel. I thought with such a lively area, it would be noisy and hard to sleep. Even when we checked into our room, they offered ear plugs; not exactly a good sign. But to my pleasant surprise, I couldn't hear a thing and my room was facing the busy street. I loved everything about the hotel, from the decor (it gave me John Wick sexy vibes), to my room (such a comfy bed, amazing bathroom and awesome shower), to the incredibly pleasant and kind staff, to the accessibility to all things Myeongdong. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Seoul for the first time or second or third. I would definitely stay here again.

Love the area ,lots of dining options , easy public transportation, wonderful shopping area, great customer service, the concierge help us with our luggage to the airport bus stop which goes above and beyond. Impressed and definitely will come back and stay with also will recommend to friends 😊👍

The location is great for getting around Seoul. There is so much to do in Myeongdong as well. The staff was helpful and kind.

Loved every moment of it

Location is excellent. The decor is modern and service of front desk is good. The minibar snacks and drinks are free. The mattress is comfortable. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the airport limousine bus stop and metro station. There is a lot of eating places nearby. We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past. This time my room has no view as the window faces a wall. But it turns out that it is more quiet than the room facing the street.

The hotel was in a great position, close to Metro, shopping, night markets and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were helpful. The check-in is on the 6th floor and the staff member on the door kindly directed us there.

Front desk staff were very helpful and considerate. We loved that we could walk out the door and into a street market! Quick walk to 2 MRT lines and lots of shopping.

Staff are very courteous and always ready to attend any concerns regarding our stays in Hotel28. They always replenished the refrigerator with water and fancy drinks. Hands down to Korean people for being efficient and best of what they do. Thank you Hotel28!

It’s a shopping haven and walkable to from street market to department stores! I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Seoul for the first time ! Lively and full of energy ! I literally shopped everyday and there is an olive young in every corner ! The hotel was great but just the air quality was a bit poor but they do the air purifier in the room.

The hotel team were amazing, very nice and clean rooms, amazing location.
