I have stayed here before and, as usual, the staff were awesome. This 2-night stay was prompted by our need to get away from noise at my condo. A few hours after check-in, I heard loud music from the rooftop bar. I talked with Hazel & Kate at the front desk, who help me transfer to the other side of the hotel. The staff at the pool & lobby bars were also friendly and efficient. But, speaking of the rooftop bar, although it has a great view, I have most always found the music to be too loud, even when it was Happy Hour and it was programmed music. Earlier on Sunday night there were only 2 other patrons there when I arrived. I asked if it were ok to turn down the volume but was told they could not do so due to other customers. So, I seldom stay there for long, but enjoy the view when I do. We only had the breakfast buffet our 2 mornings there. My Filipina gf was happy with the options, and they do cook eggs to order and will provide bacon upon request. But I was disappointed in the lack of other hot options, like fruit (no papaya or mango out) and yogurt selections (only regular). I realize that sounds nit picky, but it is an expansive layout and not so cheap a cost.

Big hotel with a lot of rooms. Busy place, especially the buffet, but wlll run and organized.

The staff went out of their way to take care of us. I was impressed and thankful.

Friendly and helpful receptionist. Food was good and great value and the service was attentive and efficient ! I enjoy my stay even just a few days!

This is the third time I stayed with this hotel. I always observe every time I visit. The staff never fails. I love them. They are very See respectful, and very friendly ready with a smile and greetings. I would love to stay in you again, all the furnishing are dated. We enjoyed the amenities the hotel offered. The food has changed a bit, but it’s still all good with different options. I hope this will keep it sense of community and friendliness.

We stayed 6 beautiful nights at the bai. The service of the staff was fantastic. The room was very comfortable with the largest TV I ever had in a hotel room. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and if you don't include this in your stay you are making a BIG mistake. The roof top pool is a bit small but enough to cool off and the pool bar was great for dinner. All prices for drinks and food were very very reasonable.

This is a fantastic hotel, there are so many choices for places to eat in the hotel itself but if you need anything the hotel doesn’t offer there is a huge mall across the road that is more than capable of filling in the gaps. The room was comfortable and spacious with all the facilities you expect from a high class hotel.

The shower did not have hot water, and the breakfast was not very good.

Television reception need's improvement! Room 1752, screen would freeze, then come back on minutes later. Hard to follow what you are viewing when there is such a gap between then and now.....

Fantastic place to say and eat/sleep. I was on my way to Cebu to leave and ended my month lang stay here and loved the staff, the food and the hospitality!!!! Highly recommend! Everything you need is at the hotel. Pool Bar is excellent!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive service of the attendants, housekeeping, and security personnel, every encounter was pleasant and professional. However, one aspect that could use improvement is the washroom exhaust system. Despite the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room, I noticed that the washroom tended to get quite humid after a shower, particularly with hot water. It would be beneficial if the exhaust system could be enhanced to alleviate this issue. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and appreciate the efforts of the staff to make it memorable. With a slight improvement in the washroom conditions, this hotel would be even more exceptional.

All the trappings of a five star hotel at a one star price. This place is an amazing value. Friendly service, great room and fabulous food. I am not sure you could ask for anything better. They haven’t invented anything new here but they have accurately replicated the best of the best. If you are looking for an amazing experience at a bargain price LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS IS IT

Absolutely loved the bai hotel! Ellen in management and the whole bai family went above and beyond. Best hotel experience you can tell they value and appreciate the people visiting. Even when my son had a small injury in the pool they did everything they can to accommodate us! Thank you again for making our trip amazing highly recommend and we will see you again!! The hotel is beautiful. Staffs were really courteous, friendly and accommodating. Service wise is perfect. Quick service if you needed something. Location wise, it’s accessible to everything. Highly recommended.

Hotel was great and the staff are friendly . Breakfast buffet is good. Is bit pricy I have to print ticket and they charge me 80 peso per page.

I would like to give a special shoutout to Chloe who made our check in experience very memorable. All the staff especially were the kindest of our the entirety of our trip in the Philippines.

This is a tourist hotel for families. Not for business visitors. The breakfast buffet is like something out of the movie Beyond the ThunderDome. Rooms are ok. Like the coffee shop outdoors.

Stayed at Bai Hotel 3/03/24-3/05/24 but had an early check out on 3/04 at 8pm due to my flight being at 12am on 3/05. All of the staff including front desk, dining, housekeeping & Jason who helped with my luggages were super nice and helpful. However, upon check out on my way to the airport I received a call from the hotel saying the alarm clock was missing and I was being accused of taking it. I’ve traveled and stayed at many chain hotels such as Marriot, Hilton, & Hyatt and have never been accused of taking anything from the room. I was highly disappointed and mad that I was being accused of taking an alarm clock! I was heading home to the USA, why would I take or need an alarm clock? There was never an alarm clock in my room to begin with. I told them that if anything was missing, to check with their own staff. Prior to checking out of the room, the man who came to checked the room asked me to stepped out of the room before checking in which I thought was unnecessary. Maintenance also came into my room to fixed the power outage in my room without my presence. There were multiple people who came inside my room during my stay so any of them could’ve taken the alarm clock. If you’re planning to stay at Bai Hotel, make sure to take a video of your room upon arrival for proof of what was in your room before checking out!!!
