Good location. Only a few minute walk to convenient stores, food stall, shopping centre and restaurants. KLCC is about 10 min walk away. Room is very spacious. The only minor thing is the housekeepers are hard to communicate in English, but it could be sorted out anyway.

Great hotel. We stay in the suite and it is always comfortable and amazing. Second time staying here and always recommend it. Great location and area and staff and amenities are fantastic. Highly recommend

Overall good location. The rooms are nice and comfortable, but the mattress are terribly too soft.

Hotel is at a great location, easy to get to tourist spots, the only complaint I will bring up is the coffee machines at the bistro restaurant needs to be updated to have option buttons for, cappuccino and latte, one thing I always love in the morning is a good coffee.

Great hotel and location. Easy to walk to main attractions (within 35 mins) if you dont mind the heat. Staff all great. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice catering for most nationalities. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the hotel. Staff were lovely and super helpful. We had issues with our credit cards and they helped us with calls back to the UK and we’re always happy to help. Lovely breakfast selection with amazing views and amazing view from our room. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was located in a great area close to multiple metro stations close to restaurants and malls KLCC was a 10 min walk view from hotel was great staff was also very friendly would definitely stay there again.

Our room was located at 51 floor and so have nice city view. Good location, about 10-15 mins walk to Twin Tower. Toilet sliding door is extremely heavy! That’s a small kitchen with cups, bowls and plates available. No bottle water supplied while 3M (as advised) water filter available that water is direct drinkable. Friendly concierge at main entrance with warm greetings every time we came back hotel. Free coffee supplied 24 hours at 40 floor!

Nice hotel. Good location and next door to a metro. Friendly staff. Only one area of improvement: breakfast buffet has local chicken dishes for the full week. There is no alternate protein choices such as fish or beef. Menu rotation would be desirable.

The location was good. The pool closed the day after o got there for maintenance. I booked a tour through the hotel and it was horrible.

Just a perfect location

So convenient to Ampang station walking distance to KLCC and Petrona Towers. View anazing breakfast was awesome best i in Malaysia. Pool good for cooling off but room was too cool to sit around. Just dip and leave. Room was large witg great big bathroom amenities were good. Had microwave bonus ir you wanted to heat some food. Staff were very friendly. Had a great lunch set menu for 28rm. Loved our stay would stay again.

Staff service was excellent

I recently had the displeasure of staying at this hotel, and my experience was nothing short of infuriating. Upon my arrival, not a single staff member bothered to assist me with my five heavy luggages, forcing me to struggle on my own. The shocking part? Observing the selective assistance provided by the security guard and lobby staff, favoring non-East Asian and Western-looking guests. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. As if that wasn't enough, my room reeked of cigarette smoke, despite the hotel's no-smoking policy. Despite reporting the issue, the housekeeping staff offered no solution, attributing it to the previous guest. The replacement room didn't fare much better, plagued by an army of mosquitoes originating from poorly constructed drainage in the shower area. I had to resort to makeshift solutions, using disinfectant wipes to cover the drainage hole. I have photos of everything. The incompetence continued with stained and unclean bed sheets being replaced during my stay. During checkout, the security guard displayed utter indifference, watching me struggle with my luggages without lifting a finger. The contrast with my positive experiences at other Kuala Lumpur hotels highlights this establishment's abysmal service and dirty, poorly constructed rooms. This hotel's exterior may be fancy, but its service is the worst I've encountered. I strongly advise against staying here, as the staff's neglect and discriminatory behavior make it an entirely unpleasant experience
