An older hotel, but very clean. Unfortunately we were on the ground floor and it was very noisy. Not the hotel’s fault, except that the walls and floors were so Old and thin.

The room was clean and centrally located, hotel didn't have a functioning ice machine and cable TV was slow and kept rebooting.

This hotel is absolutely horrible. This is my second review you have sent me so I’m doing it. They should not even be allowed on hotel.com website. It is filthy on the outside. The pool was disgusting and covered up and hasn’t been used for years, but yet they did advertise a pool. I canceled my reservation without even going into one of the rooms. From the way it looked on the outside. It was no way I was gonna go into a room that I knew I’d feel disgusted in. Very very disappointed. And to find another hotel, I had to pay a whole lot more money out of pocket. Again Horrible place.

Property is old but well maintained in a safe neighborhood. They’ve done a good job of keeping the place cleaned up. The room accessories match the price of the stay but are modern and fully functional. Odd check-in process required us to walk around to the adjacent convenience store. The clerk was accommodating but struggled with the check-in process and we had to wait for them to bring us a key. Initially no hair dryer but they brought one up when asked. Not a lot within walking distance but it was only a five-min drive to Pioneer Park or down town. If you want a pet friendly budget option to stay in Walla Walla, you can’t do any better than the Capri Motel.

Please report this place to the B.B.B. This is totally illegal what these people are doing. Nothing is cleaned or up to date. I didn’t realize this until I actually drove up to stay my first night there after booking two rooms for three nights and reading reviews. Shame on me for not reading reviews and doing my research later, but this place totally has fake reviews so the rating is deceiving. I didn’t even ask for a return after reading the reviews. Yes, I rather chose to stomach the cost I spent than stay there. I wouldn’t want my worst enemies staying at a place like this. Please report everywhere you can. Pretty sure the owner of this place is the convenient store next door based on reading the reviews.

The place is a dump. The pictures online have to be old pictures because pulling into the driveway it doesn’t look like that at all. It also shows a nice outdoor pool and the pool had a cover over it. I wouldn’t recommend staying there. I ended up staying at different hotel and gladly paid the hire rate to have a safe and comfortable room.
