It's really a nice place where to stay.

When we booked we didn’t know that the pool was not available for these days and we have 2 kids that were very excited to swim. But we didn’t get that notice from neither from Expedia, nor form the hotel. So that was the only inconvenient

Having moved away from McAllen 6 years ago, thoroughly enjoyed being back! Hotel was a great choice. Room n bath clean n neat. The breakfast was generous with great choices for all ages. Will definitely stay again. The staff very pleasant n really kept lobby n breakfast area clean!

I loved the friendly evening staff as I checked in. He answered all my questions with a smile. The breakfast was hot and fresh no matter what time you came in to eat. I will be using this hotel again when I come back down

Excellent staff, clean rooms and decor. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy. The only 2 issues we had was in order to charge your phones the bed stand you had to have the light above the bed on and there was no iron in our room. We will recommend and stay here again also.

We had a wonderful stay for a couple of days due to a track and field competition for our kids. Right away as we arrived, the customer service was superb and we felt welcomed by Mellanie, the front desk receptionist. She helped us by providing information about places to go to for dinner and recreational activities. She was also helpful with providing information about hotel services. Overall, wonderful stay.

Being an independent insulin user who travels alot, the refrigerator dis not have a frezzer to place my travel ice pack to freeze for next day of traveling

I didn't like that the breakfast ends at 9:30, i would prefer 10:30

The only thing that I question is why don’t you have senior citizens discount? We only get a check per month. Y’all can give a little discount. We don’t eat much or take up too much room. 😂

Great hotel and location. Amenities is top notch with variety for breakfast. Safe location and near groceries and restaurants.

I requested an upper floor, away from the elevator and the ice machine and I received the opposite. I was on the 2nd floor, out of four, and next to the elevator and ice machine. On the reservation the check out time said 12 noon. When we checked in, we were told the check out time was 11 am, so we asked for a late check out. We were told we could check out at noon, but got a call from the front desk at 11:20 am because we didn't check out yet. The message between staff was not relayed. I asked for an extra set of towels and the towels we were given were dirty. There were two good points...the fresh ground coffee machine was nice. I still wish there was a coffee pot in the room though. Second, the king size bed actually had king size pillows of firm and soft variety instead of the cheap lumpy standard pillows that most hotels use with the king size bed. Shower pan had stains and felt unclean. Showerhead trickled water and the adjustment didn't work.

A lot of food underneath the sofa bed. Bathtub handle doesn’t work well.
