We stayed overnight on our way from Italy to the UK. The hotel was out of town but conveniently near the motorway for our journey. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were really efficient. The shower temperature varied and the communal areas were looking a little tired. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in for a day or two.

The room was nice and bathroom has been updated but the shower was leaking before we arrived as the carpet at the door was soaking wet. We had showers and it got so much worse. The WiFi didn't work at all. The hotel seemed clean enough although hallway carpets need updating but we used it just for a stop over so didn't go anywhere other than the bedroom. Plenty of food places nearby to eat if you need this option. Told staff about the leaking shower and all seemed a little non-plussed by it. Relatively good value for an overnight stay for 4 people.

Booked a family room for overnight stop on way back from South of France to Calais. Tucked away on an industrial estate, the hotel amenities were ok, was nice to have a bar but no food available until breakfast (didn't bother with that either as it looked unappetising). Room was clean but the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. It was a twin room with a sofa bed -the desk had been moved to open it out so was quite cramped. The sofa bed dipped into the middle and creaked and groaned loudly every time you moved a millimetre! Could also hear the taps running in adjacent rooms. Couldn't get the a/c to work. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Wouldn't recommend.

This hotel don't have a 24hour reception, but if you arrive late, they provide you all the information over the phone and in email, you need, to be able to get into your room. I especially like that. The rooms are nice, clean and quiet. Perfect for an overnight stay especially after a long journey.

Medium conformity. Crowded by grape workers for the picking season which made it noisy and crowded in the hallway until after 23.00

Very friendly and helpful receptionist on duty. No food available so had to go out for food after a very long drive. However a really good restaurant 5-10 minute walk away- Punjab- with an all you can eat buffet. No air conditioning in the room but then room cheap so to be expected probably.

Firstly, please keep in mind that it is a rare we stay in motels. It’s in a industrial area in the city and you definitely have to drive or take public transport to get anywhere. It’s run down, definitely seen many days, with no facilities and barely even warm water if someone else in the building is competing with you. There’s an odd smell, very hard beds and the room looks nothing like the photos… There’s no shampoo or conditioner, just a bar of soap and paper cups.

Our room was in the 2nd building, which was fine as it meant we felt very secure with key cards to get onto the parking area and the building itself, and only a short walk for breakfast. The room was lovely and clean and as we were on the ground floor we were able to get into the grassed area at the back. Plenty of choice for breakfast. I feel this is more of a hotel to stay for 1 night on your way to somewhere else rather than a holiday destination in itself though

Easy to find, secure parking, efficient and friendly staff. Value for money. Nice to have the restaurant as part of the hotel for convenience. Short drive into Reims.

Hotel essential useful especially for business trips being located north of the city on the main arteries of communication. Very simple rooms, convenient on-site parking. Nothing interesting, but decent solution

Couldn’t get in! Check in was allowed until 11pm

Accommodation was basic but very clean. It was a lot further out of Reims than I had expected and cost about €16 in a taxi into the city centre. Our room was on the ground floor and had no window, only a door which I obviously wasn’t going to leave open all night so we had no fresh air.

Completely secure car-parking and efficient electronic key system was welcome with a car-load of kit that we did not have to unload. Exceptionally helpful reception staff helped with a change of booking at short notice at no extra cost.

I think France very hard parking system and request add payment. But this hotel no need add any parking fee. So very good parking system and parking area and quit place.

The hotel is on an industrial estate conveniently close to the motorway. However, the photo displayed is misleading - it is not where our room was. Our room was in a run down block about 30m further on. It looked like an old army barracks and outside desperately needed painting. The room was clean but there was rust around the bath tap and the skirting board was damp. The car park had a security gate with a code. We were given a room at the back but requested a room at the front on the ground floor where we could see our car and hear if the alarm had gone off. If that had not been possible we would have left. As it was we got up several times during the night to check. We had already requested a refund for the breakfast we had paid on site and left at 6 in the morning. We would not book here again.

Staff did not kake eye contact when greeting us. We returned from our evevibg meal and got ready for Ed to find we had run out of toilet paper. We called reception and were told we had to come and collect it. This meant getting dressed andleaving the building to walk down the street to the mian reception. I opted to ask my husband to do this as we were in a strange and very quiet neighbourhood with lots of industrial units. Had I been a female on my own l don't know what l would have done. My husband arrived in reception to find three members of staff all chatting happily, not working, so why a roll could not have been brought to us l am not sure. It strikes me as very poor customer service.

24 hr reception, location for getting out of reims early

Hotel with strong fluctuation and very late arriving guests. Bad position of the Hotel-room (near door to the broken staircase and very loud when open and close. Sleeping was not posible.
