Terrible since the minute I arrived with receptionist wanting extra money for a child and already stated rooms hold 4 as I booked two double beds I wouldn’t let my dog stay there awful place bad food and unwelcome visitors in the showers

Pool area was very nice. Free breakfast was pretty good. Rooms were just average. Test of the menu was so-so. Bathrooms had a bad odour, so some sort of air freshener would be appreciated. Ok for the price.

The property is well located. It would be nice if the property will clean up the reception area and replace those ugly sets. The store at the corner is useless so they should put a welcome station for their guests. The property needs a serious clean up - and pool looks murky.

I booked 2 rooms, I did not realize that the 2 room will be in 2 separate buildings. I'm just rating the room I stayed in. My room was on the second floor, stairs were steep and no grab bar. I got the bell person to help me with my luggage during check in. No help during check out. Rainy season: leak all over the stairs and hallway leading to the room. A/C in the room is very old and barely work. Toilet had no toilet seat. Bathroom floor was susceptible to getting water puddle from the shower and water does not flow into the drainage. Puddle of water are just stagnant all over the bathroom floor. Dangerous!!! Walls were thin and I could hear my neighbors. Lastly, restaurant felt unsanitary. Tables were sticky and the worst part is that restaurant's c.r./toilet did not have soap, paper towel or hand dryer on both occasions we ate there.

Reasonable price. They need to update the rooms and facilities. Very polite and attentive staff.

Avoid at any costs. The "hotel" complex is outdated, bathroom was dirty and smelly, mould on the walls, no windows. Staaff speak basic English, anything more than standard phrases was difficult. Third person was provided only with mattress, not bed (and they wanted extra payment despite we paid that already!) . Surrounded by frequent road, no sleep is guaranteed. There is literally nothing to do around. Laundry service was fast though...just don't give them anything white, if you want to keep it white. Breakfast buffet was ridiculously disgusting.

Putting up telephones in the room will makeit more convenient for us to contact the front desk,or room service

Karaoke should be in a soundproof room instead being in an open place next to the restaurant and some rooms. It's so loud and its bothersome to guests...This hotel ia also far the beach.

Hotel and staff was nice and kids love the swimming pool. Downside is for an extra breakfast was 500 ph (12 1/2 cad) and it was a waste of time. Smallest meal ever.

The place is very disappointing and very far from the pictures. There is no security in the hotel/bldg where we stay.
