Checkin was bad. We didn’t get any information about the hotel. Nothing about WiFi, breakfast or where the elevators were.
Then we found shirts and laundry from the last guest in our room.
At least we got a voucher for breakfast after complaining.

This hotel is great, clean and modern. Easy access and close to San Francisco main attractions ( 10-15 mins driving).

I love to stay in this hotel every time I have back to back business related appointments in San Francisco to save 1.5 hours of driving both ways. This hotel is newly built in recent years in the quiet Oyster Point in South San Francisco. Parking fees is reasonable and most of the rooms have beautiful view of the Bay. I will have to give a 4 stars in the cleanliness due to two long hairs in the bath towel. It might be from the house keepers, but I would suggest them to wear a cap while cleaning. It was a bit gross. I didn't bother to change it because I was on my own and I just used the other towel. But it still grossed me out a bit. The room is still very clean in general other than that.

The hotel is a 6 story building with other hotels close by. However, it was clean and cozy and high tech. The staff were kind and welcoming. It wasn’t very busy and they were very helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

I was treated very poorly. I believe because i am black i was treated poorly I received dirty looks from the workers and people the waiter at the bar go upset because I didn't add gratuity to the bill and just walked off. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN

It's a very clean hotel with very respectful guests. I would only be more pleased if they would clean the room when you stay for more then one night. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful 😊

Loved the lavender pouches, quick and delicious breakfast, ice machine/water, and front desk guest service. Didn't like the parking. We had to park 2 buildings away.

Loved the room - it was completely functional and clean. One chair wasn't in great condition (had a tear on the side) but otherwise fine.
Parking is a very large pain. Paying $20 per night for parking (which translates to $22.64 with "parking tax") seems really crazy when they have so little hotel parking. I had to park in another building's lot and walk quite a way both times I took the car out and returned. Big enough of an issue that I will book a different hotel next time.

property seems sterile and unwelcoming. Parking is absolutely horrible with all the reserved spaces for eco cars etc.

The AC hotel is very clean and modern. The room was a good size and very comfortable. It was very convenient to everywhere we needed to go. The views were amazing.
