Service is amazing, but the rooms are very small and uncomfortable. I booked for 4 nights, but after the first night i wanted to check out, there was no way to stay in this hotel for 4 nights. Beds are small and uncomfortable, rooms are tiny. People from the hotel remboursered me for three nights, everything was smooth and easy. I wouldn’t definitely stay in this hotel anymore, but shout out to people working there, they are very professional.

The hotel room was a nice size didn't feel small felt like a room where you can basically drop off things and head-out to the entertainment right around the corner very convenient to get the experience started of where i stayed.(akihabara)

If You're Traveling By Yourself Or With A Family. APA is the most affordable and smart way to go. In Akihabara, it is surrounded by shops eateries and near a train station. Very convenient. Staff is very nice and helpful. Place is clean. Highly recommend

A bit small room but cozy

Wonderful stay, Very close to everything. convenient store, Restaurant just a few steps away. The room is decent size! bigger then i thought! Very helpful dealing with my request. Staff at the front desk always greet us leaving and coming back! Wonderful stay! Need a keycard going up to the room (which is very good, no strangers can go up to the floors) Had a blast in japan, wish it was longer! Pretty close to the station which is a extra point!

This hotel is the absolute best, my whole week spent here was made even better with the convenience of this hotel location especially with both entrances. I’m definitely coming back here next time I come back to Japan.

Cheap, clean and right in the heart of Akihabara. Wish they had a washing machine though

Good: Convenient location. Easy communication with friendly multilingual staff. Clean rooms. Considerably cheap. Bad: Walk to coin laundromat is inconvenient. Being called out by maid cafe girls every day gets old very quickly. Only one elevator can result in long wait times. WI FI was spotty at best.

Staff was helpful and nice, quiet area even in a busy part of the city. Room was cleaned often and very comfortable. They even had portable wifi available for purchase which was super helpful as a foreign tourist. Would happily stay again

Very small room.

The last first time we checked in at this hotel was June 2023 and was back January 2024 and both stays we encountered a cheerful employee named Susandar. She and the other employees helped us and were very accomodating. Next time we go to Akihabara we will stay there again.

The hotel is in an amazing location. Very close to the train station and Akihabara. Rooms are very small, but it’s well worth the money. Small for 2 people to get ready but clean, friendly staff, and excellent location.

Hotel kept my luggage with no fees after I checked out so I enjoyed shopping all day without my big suitcases. Also the front desk personnel were very kind and friendly.
