Very nice hotel and room. Will definitely stay here again when in town. The front desk staff who checked me in was very friendly and helpful.

This seemed more like a Mom and Pop hotel and it was better for it. The Hostess was so friendly and helpful it was a small hotel with a big breakfast. Very comfortable and a great place to stay. Dining options were very limited

The friendliness of the staff and checkin was not good. I was given the wrong room. I had to go back and forth to get it figured out. I wanted to pay at arrival with a different card, which I chose that option when booking. I wasn't able to use a different card.

Expedia doesn’t not the $75 pet fee. That was an unpleasant surprise at check in. Asked front desk if they could waive it seeing that it wasn’t posted on Expedia and that’s a hidden charge. Probably would have picked a different hotel had I known there was a pet fee. The grassed area around the hotel is covered in poop people haven’t picked up and stepped in it. Stains all over carpet even though it seems like a newer building. Breakfast was substantial and good.

Overall great hotel. We stayed one night. Traveling from Kansas to Mount Rushmore. Loved our room, the King suite! So much room for the 4 of us. Our kids slept on the pull out couch. Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was awesome! Lots of choose from: pastries, breads, oatmeal, waffle area, cereal, juices, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Staff was super nice. Only negative for me was the bed. Too firm for me. Overall great stay and we would stay there again.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. It was wonderful! Loved the room, very clean. Bed was comfortable. Food was very good. Only complaint would be that the coffee was cold. Never had that happen at a Hampton Inn before. Will stay there again.
