I could not find the privacy sign so I did not put it on our door. While we were gone, the cleaning crew came in. We had a 2 night stay and I was somewhat bothered by the service provided. Also, the hotel is so close to Union station, why don't they have schedules or more information on the services in the area? Otherwise, very nice comfortable hotel.

When I got there to check in, the man at the front desk was very nice. Checking in was easy and he made sure that me and my boyfriend were okay. He also told us if we needed anything. Security guy was very nice as well.

Convenient to the DCU center, easy parking with included in and out privilege for the length of stay. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was super helpful and friendly. 10/10 would stay again.

It was a great overnight stay, easy check in and out! Staff was very helpful on where to go and how to arrange for parking.

Amazing

A one-night stay was satisfactory, but there were many annoying design elements. There are too many light switches, towels all the way across the bathroom with no bar to hang near the shower, fluorescent blue body wash, very soft pillows, etc. Nothing that was a deal breaker. There is terrible signage in the garage, nothing that tells you you will pay $18 for parking till you checked in at the desk. But "event parking" was only $10 - it seems to me if you are staying AT the hotel, that should be $10. But whatever for corporate decisions. Breakfast was $17 each, was adequate. Thanks for the ice coffee!

Courteous staff

We booked a hotel suite for our daughter’s wedding. We had to wait for the suite to be cleaned despite other people on our guest list checking in early. We loved the layout of the space, and it was very clean upon check in Day two arrived. We left at 6 am and returned well after midnight. The room was just as we left it. The few towels left for guests in the room were neatly folded on the floor in the bathroom and the bed was unmade. Nobody had ever come in to clean. We were hoping to be a gathering place for our guests in the hotel, and that’s why we paid extra for this week. Because of the lack of cleaning, we ended up using the lobby. Getting extra towels with a chore and the lack of service really turned us off to this property. The front desk people were fantastic at getting messages to our guests in the hotel, as well as packages, but the condition of our room upon arriving from a very busy day was less than impressive.

Parking overnight is an additional $18 and walking in and out is confusing. Better instructions at check in may have helped. Also, the shower was very good once I figured out how it worked. Why do you need a physics degree to bathe is beyond me..

We booked this hotel because our flight was cancelled at Worcester airport. I chose it because of the on-site bar and usually nice Marriott breakfast. The bar wasn’t open. The cream for in room coffee was chunky! Ewww Breakfast was not very good. The scrambled eggs were not made to order. The buffet has very limited selection. We had to open the kitchen door to get the server to pay our bill. The property itself is very pretty and the bed was comfortable. I would have spent the extra on the marriott if I would have known about the lack of bar and poor breakfast. I would have went with a Hampton inn instead. Not worth the price here

Everything was awesome, except the Microsoft outage that didn’t allow us to have room keys. We had to depend on the staff to guide to our rooms all the time we were there. Overall, the hotel itself was amazing

Excellent property to stay at while in Worchester

Room was dirty bedding for pullout was dirty, they left no towels. Fridge was disgusting.....shower was gross, light in vanity didnt work, sofa chaor and sfa were strained....
