I am a repeat customer. Major deterioration in service. Building lost electric power, ice machine not working, sanitizer dispensers empty, front desk not manned, safe locked and 3 calls to open it went unanswered. Manager not on site. Asked for manager to contact me and nothing. Really?

We stayed in an accessible room because we needed a bathtub for our toddler and this is the only room with one. The handle bars and shower were coming off the wall, the curtain had black spots and the bathroom smelled moldy.
The room itself was spacious but the carpet was gross. The bed had some hairs in it and the sofa looked gross. For a hotel that has only been opened a few years it already looked worn out.
We appreciated the spacious room, kitchen and indoor pool. Parking was easy, breakfast was not tasty but it was convenient. It was also nice that they sell snacks and beer and wine in the lobby if you’re too tired to step out. You can also order take out to the hotel. It was okay for the weekend but I won’t be going back.

This was such a great stop on a longer trip. The room was clean and large, the staff was friendly, the lobby was immaculate, and the breakfast was above and beyond what is normally served at large chain hotels. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. If you’re staying longer, it was within walking distance to a brewery and other restaurants.

Requested two rooms near eachother. Not only were they not near eachother, but on complete opposite ends of the hotel. That info would have been nice to have sooner. They also weren’t very accommodating with the rooms and weren’t willing to be helpful. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

I had to cancel within 24hrs of my reservation due to my son having Covid, and they wouldn't refund my $389. Next time, I'll just bring a sick kid and spread it around
