We were in Worcester for a regatta on Lake Quinsigamond, and the hotel was within walking distance to Regatta Point. The room was well appointed, spacious and clean. A great "home base" for the rowing weekend.
Wish that we had housekeeping service at least once during our 4 night stay.

We were in Rm 253, and the next room had an adjoining room door - no insulation. Could hear all the chatting. Other guests, not loud- insulation, I believe, was the issue.
# 2 charged fully for room even though the room was prepaid. I traveled with one debit card, which I was unable to use due to the room charged at the full rate, preventing me from 275+ $ of spending. Could not pay for dinner for my son, who we drove to visit.
I understand a hold for expenses, but the funds were withdrawn entirely.
My son was gracious - the only reason for the trip was to see him and have dinner.
A very disappointed mother.

good location, comfortable
there was no indication at time of booking or with confirmation that the restaurant is CLOSED for lunch or dinner .. even the bar. big surprise for us. we had to make a separate trip for snacks and drinks. no complimentary shuttle within 5 miles either.

The breakfast lady from Bolivia was above and beyond. She was really sweet and caring and helped me with what she could. Besides the room is ok and the breakfast excellent ( attention and quality) not really a 4 star , barely a 2-star hotel. The price is not worth at all

it was clean and some of the stuff were nice it was located close to everything
noting to do in hotel itself they charged my card twice for the room they offered free breakfast but it wasn’t actually free fireplace in the room didn’t work and the women who checked us in was very rude

The price was higher than I would have like to pay ... as we checked in at approximately 8pm then went out again. Wish we had a later check out option (later than noon) since we didn't get back in until 2am

Great accomodations and quiet and well-appointed room. We really enjoyed the hotel.
We were disappointed that the restaurant/bar (Sonoma) was not open. The sign indicated that it was closed for January and February but would reopen for March. We stayed on March 26 and the restaurant was still closed on a Saturday night. Very disappointing!

The hotel was not full yet we were put in a room with a view of the roof AND NOTHING ELSE. That shouldn't even be a guestroom. And you charge for K cups?! Disgraceful. That's not even good coffee.

We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The service was disappointing. We waited long periods of time for the waiter or waitress to come to our table. It was a frustrating experience.
