Room was great. The kids enjoyed the pool table and the swimming pool. I enjoyed the fitness room. Breakfast was great!

it was nice. for the most part quite other than the big ice machine when it would drop ice, if your room is not near one of those its great place. i was there for a 1-night stay on business trip

All around nice place...

The attention from one of the receptionists was very bad, my family and I were in the pool and I know that it was 10 pm which is the time they close the pool, it had happened to me with 20 min, it was not for him to go with a terrible and rude attitude in which he went and said that it was no longer time to be there, it was not the right way, he looked at us in an ugly way, he stood there until we left.

Had roaches on the floor in the hall. Yuck.

This was great and clean

They did not let us check in early after I called hours before letting asking if we could, their response was it should not be a problem. However when we arrived they said the room was not ready, we had to check in after 3pm. We arrived at 1pm, tired from traveling.

There was no closet or safe.

I loved the pool table they had in the waiting area near the front desk but I didn’t like that we weren’t able to use the pool at any time. We came down for work and family time but by the time we got back to the hotel we couldn’t use the pool.

Convenient location near Shaw AFB and easy drive to Columbia Metropolitan Airport. The room is clean but shower pressure was weak. It’s a great stay for a couple of days max. The hotel is starting to smell greasy maybe the mop chemicals that they use is not exactly good as floor cleaner. Overall, I’d stay there again and again only for no more than a week as long as the property keeps the cleanliness

I had stayed here several times while in town for ball tournaments. Nice, clean, modern hotel and I feel safe when staying here (usually all-girls stays) This stay, we checked in after ballgames, tired and ready to settle in for night. The sink in our bathroom was nearly completely clogged, the toilet had to be flushed several times per use, and the remote would not work. Staff was extremely friendly, apologetic and quick to respond by finding us a plunger as I requested, but I ended up not using it because I decided I didn't want a toilet plunger in the sink, as I had not brought my cleaner with me. I will definitely stay here again, but I would suggest checking these things immediately upon arrival (should really do this at any hotel) so that any issues could be addressed before everyone has settled in for the night. I cannot give enough compliments to the staff, though! Everyone was kind, pleasant, welcoming and friendly, and very apologetic for the problems. That goes a long way in the overall experience. They have a very "engaging" lobby. There are lots of places to hang out with plenty of seating (nice when your traveling with others), coffee and hot teas always available, and a decent breakfast. Restaurants and some shopping nearby, and also not very far from the nice Sumter downtown area, which is quite a hip and happening placed...definitely worth checking out while you're in town!

For the price of over $200 for one night...it was a room with just the bare basics...not enough towels for 2 people....floors VERY SLIPERY for a handicap room...no microwave....no table big enough for 2 people to eat...only positive was the breakfast...it was adequate

The staff was helpful and friendly at checkin and checkout. The room was clean and fresh. I didn’t have any problems during my stay

Great location and staff.

Room was dirty. Hair and food crumbs at the top of the head board. Bed linen smelled like dirty dog. At 1:30am guest above us began jumping like they are playing basketball bouncing a ball on the floor and moving furniture around. Called front desk she didn’t answer. Waited tried again still no answer. Finally went down at 3am. She sitting talking on her cell. When I informed her of the issue she just got up and walked away.

The check in was not great. I had reserved a room for a king room and was pay at hotel. Got there to check in and was told i shouldnt have been able to get a king room and they couldn't find my reservation. The lady offered me a 2 double bed room and said to contact them directly from now on. I never had an issue with booking from hotels.com until now. Later on at dinner with my S.O. i get a call from cara who helped me a TON. she found my reservation that the girl "couldn't find earlier" and got me my room i orginally booked. It was a lot of back and forth between me and the first girl at the desk who tried to check me in and just a lot of confusion. Definitely was way more stressful than it needed to be because usually the ladies there are on point. Also the lady at the desk had her kid stocking the front snack and drink area and it seemed like her whole family was there and it was somewhat unprofessional. I wanted to stay elsewhere after dealing with that situation but thankfully cara saved the day. The hotel is great though. Comfy and clean and nice amenities.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was great, the staff at breakfast did a wonderful job, and Elee and the cleaning staff kept the place spotless! There were multiple people cleaning somewhere every time we went out of the room. First floor to fourth, they had the building shiny and smelling fantastic. We're very thankful for everyone and the great work they did.

Stayed on 4th floor last one from the end was very quiet till 2am I keep hearing a loud beep or a knocking noise for 30min finally went back to sleep

Beautiful hotel, some visible trash outside. Breakfast was "OK", not great, Whatever was used to clean/wax/polish the floor in the room had a very strong odor & the floor was noticeably slippery in spots. It was difficult to figure out the heating or a/c & the fan. Very comvenient location with stores & restaurants. We will stay at Hilton properties in the future but the cleaning agent odor was not pleasant.
