Bathroom needs updating and cleanliness, We went and bought cleaning spray with bleach and sprayed the shower and toilet , our room had a odor ..

The price was good. Front desk personnel were great and professional. And the bed was comfortable.

It would've been great if the pool and fitness room were open and operational. Instead there were signs posted, out of order!! I only went to the comfort inn suites because of the amenities and location. Breakfast was awful. I've never seen square microwaved eggs in my life. I'm very disappointed. I feel that I should be refunded something because Comfort Inn Suites did not deliver what was advertised.

I didn’t like the quality of the room based on the price. The walls were dirty, bathroom was old and rusty, the hallway walls were dirty and nasty, the curtains were dirty, the phone in the room was old and dirty. It was a horrible experience

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and accomodating.

Indoor pool not heated....ice cold could not use. Breakfast was just meh...could have been better

phone rang and woke us up multiple times - desk wouldn’t confirm how or why it happened. (ex: 3am, 3:20 am, 12:45am and 1:10 am calls multiple nights) — we had to disconnect the phone to stop it. facility in slight disrepair with flickering lights and somewhat dilapidated appearance (stained carpet, shoddy wall repair, broken shower faucet, improper window covering capability to block light) otherwise it’s nothing special especially for the price payed. breakfast is available and housekeeping seemed to make round, but we never opted to have them refresh sheets.
