Great place for a budget place. Towels are clean. Bed is comfortable have extra pillows and hangers in the wardrobe cup noodles are for free. Water pressure is great, fridge is cold! Location is the best and there’s a small restaurant downstairs.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. The location was so close to Platinum mall that you could shop and then go back to drop off your items in the hotel before going for another round.
The hotel staffs are always very friendly. The hotel always try to accommodate early check-in.
There are plenty of street food and also restaurants within walking distance. Big C is also around the corner where you could shop for a variety of souvenirs.

Excellent location and price for people who are travelling light. If you have heavy luggage, getting it into the building and up the elevators is a chore, especially if alone. Do NOT stay over check out hours as they charge 500 Thai Baht per hour or partial hour late check out.

Stayed couple of times in Leela Orchid as it is super convenient.
It will be great if toilet cleanliness can be
improved as i found insects on wall under the mirror.

Very convenient location. Room is big. Bed is comfy. Very clean. Friendly service. The only thing that I didn't really like was that there were some flies and that the shower will flood out from the showering area. But, I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely come back again.

Booked for 2 rooms, requested side by side very much early, ended up having a room at 2nd Floor and 4th Floor! Not very nice especially when you are travelling as a family and being separated. Staff at the reception not very helpful and didn't sound apologetic at all.

At this rate I would say the room is quite spacious. The furnishing in the room and toilet are well maintained. The cleaniness is good.

They gave us a spacious room which was a pleasant surprise. Room is clean and new. Just that I found a stain on the bed and the shower gel was not foamy enough. Other than that, everything is fine.

The location was amazing. You can tell a taxi to take you to the market the hotel is right in the middle of and they will know exactly where to go. There is tons of shopping and food within one minutes walk. The room looked and felt brand new. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

This hotel is not at the best location. The matresses were stiff. It is also far from downtown Bangkok. It was advertised like its 3mins away. Nope. Not great location

Good location, just renovated and thus look new. Room abit noisy by the water pipe sound in the bathroom. A bit exp for such a budget hotel but price is exp most probm because of the location. Free coffee machine at level 2.

The wall panel board thin. Depends on who is in the next room. One night there was continual sound from neighboring room banging onto the wall board intermittently.

Room is clean and neat. Toilet sink is not functioning well and toilet paper is only given upon request.Room Aircon will turns to Servicing function during mid night at about 3-4am and thus room is not cool.Room card is not very well function in the lift this creating alot of trouble. Overall review is above average and very likely I will return again as it's near so convenient and accessible to Pratunam area. Counter staffs are very friendly.
