great place close to family

This was the best stay I have experienced in quite a long time. The staff and the facility were excellent. I will stay here again

I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay.

Alicia was extremely friendly & helpful at check-in. I had some special requests and she handled them beyond expectations.

We arrived at 11pm front desk personnel was AMAZING. We had an issue with the dishwasher beeping. She immediately put a sign up that she was away from the desk. Walked up with us to our room and fixed what seem to be an easy fix.Great conversation and we appreciated the one on one. Very clean inside and out. Nothing negative at all, other than we NEED BACON for the continental breakfast 🤓!!!! Thank you for the great experience.

This place was clean, easy to access, in a good neighborhood, and staff was great. I would stay here anytime I am in McKinney or going on in to Dallas.

A very beautiful hotel. Clean and well built.

The kitchenette sink was falling through the counter top and the shower bath faucet was not secure. All else was great!

Hotel is nice. Breakfast excellent. Pillows need replaced as current ones are flat and bumpy. Bedspread slippery and falls off during night.

Great stay

Great location

Overall, I loved our stay! The location was great, with easy access to freeway and surrounded by plenty of area shopping. The parking lot was very well lit. We didn’t use it, but there was a nicely appointed small fitness center. The front desk staff were very friendly. The decor in the lobby, hallways, and rooms was nice. I had a queen suite, and the room design was great, with full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishes and utensils, and even a dishwasher! The room was quiet, and had a lot of different lamps and a desk and sofa area. I noticed that there was a heavy nice curtain you could pull out to divide sleeping area from living room area. I thought that was neat! Now for the few not so great things… I was very disappointed that they only provide a keurig coffee pot if you pay extra for a “premium” room. Keurigs are easy to come by, and I always like carrying my own favorite K cups. My room just had the old style coffee pot with packets of bland coffee. They only provide housekeeping every other day. What?? They left a nice supply of towels and such, but I’m paying EVERY DAY and would like to come in to a clean looking space! At least remove wet used towels and fully supply toilet paper, empty my very full little trash can! Breakfast was just okay. The waffles were GREAT, but the only way to have bacon or sausage with them was to choose one of the now-cold biscuit sandwich things and take it out of the sandwich. No microwave to warm anything.Still, great hotel!
