The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us staying. I hadn't realised that the biggest bedroom also had an en-suite so that was a nice bonus. The only - very slight - downside was the lack of air conditioning. We visited during an unseasonably warm spell in October 2023 so it was a bit too hot at night but I would still stay again despite this. Oh, and the TV channels didn't work very well so we couldn't watch the rugby as we were getting ready to go out. That was the only time we tried the TV though. Would recommend.

The apartment was very comfortable, well fernished and clean. The building felt very secure.

Very nice, modern appartement. Please note it has no AC and lots of windows so on the hottest day of the year we experienced it was very warm (fans were provided fortunately). But normally it should be fine. Will definitely book another time: we got very good value for money.

Apartment was conveniently located right beside Waterloo station and only 3 stops to Piccadilly. We stayed in apartment number 8 and the apartment itself was very spacious. Unfortunately, the apartment was extremely warm and stuffy as we were only able to open the doors to the balcony on one side as there are no openable windows in the kitchen/dining/sitting room (not a lot can be done). The sofas in the living room need to be replaced as they were filthy dirty which is a pity as the rest of the apartment was immaculate, including both bathrooms. The bedding left a lot to be desired and could do with being replaced as the micro fiber duvets and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Given the price we paid for the apartment we expected to have a better nights sleep as we had to leave the doors open for air (even with the fan on that was provided) and the bedding made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. (feedback from both bedrooms as we were a party of 4) All in all we would return if the above mentioned suggestions/issues were rectified.

Handy apartment near Waterloo. When we arrived the TV was broken but we were quickly moved to a different apartment with a working TV. In the morning we couldn't get hot water for showers. Overall, the amenities in the apartment and the location was great..we were just a little bit let down by the broken TV and cold showers. Having said that, I would use them again.

I do love this property! The location. The size of the apartment. The facilities! The balcony. There is great wi-fi in the apartment too - very fast (if that is important to you). The property owners can be easily contacted if you have any problems - which is always a good thing. The only downsides - the beds are not very comfortable; I think the mattresses need to be deeper, so you can get a better nights sleep. And there is no bath-mat for the bath - believe me the bath is way too slippery to have a shower without one! But do go and stay as I'm sure you will love it!

Outstanding location with amenities all around.... underground and train station a stone's throw. Small Tesco and Sainsbury's across the road. Deliveroo drivers found the apartment with ease. Pret 3 doors down. Stayed in Flat 9, lovely spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms and large living space, our bedroom had beautiful ensuite, plus there was a main bathroom too.....equally impressive. Bedrooms had blackout blinds which worked well. Access to the private balcony was from both bedrooms and the main living space, this was lovely as warm summer so was able to leave balcony doors open to cool down. The balcony is difficult to see from the photos but it is private and a definite bonus. The whole apartment is beautifully equipped and furnished. High quality kitchen and everything you need to feel home from home. Large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Tea bags and coffee pods were provided, as well as bin liners, tea towels, bath towels, toilet roll and miniature toiletries. The whole set up is excellent. Gated entrance, collect key from key safe, security fob to get in and out, building has lift. Electronic tablet near TV really useful, use it to check in, provides helpful information on bin store, how to use coffee machine, all sorts. Wi-Fi good and free. We stayed for 3 nights, loved being so central.....flat 9 is on fourth floor...views were amazing..the buildings as well as people watching. Brilliant place, we will return.

MEAN and Downright RUDE Housekeeping staff I've put off for a few months to write the review, I felt maybe I would calm down and forget what happened. No, I need to let others know. Please don't get me wrong the owners are wonderful Hosts and Great location, the apartment was stunning. BUT, with the good comes the bad. We were denied a blanket in cold March in London for my 7-year-old Daughter. YES told NO you can't have a blanket for a CHILD. We were told by the housekeeping woman we would be charged extra for a blanket and pillow. We said OK no problem...She STILL would not give us a blanket. I was called by the host at which point I asked for a blanket I was told:"No problem, of course, you can have one" We got back to the Apt STILL no Blanket. My daughter is used to sleeping by herself, that's why I was sure to book an APT with multiple bed options. But when a property has multiple bed options wouldn't extra bedding be an obvious option? Then on the day of out departure, we used the car service that the host recommended, the guy was a little late and the Housekeeping lady was like " you need to leave" I told her we were waiting for our driver and ride. she replied "wait outside", it was raining and cold sure wait outside with 2 kids in the cold. Thanks Lady Its a little tricky at first getting into the property but you'll get the hang of it. I would love to stay at this property again, but ONLY if the Housekeeping staff was changed or taught some manners and empathy.

Great location it had everything that we needed there

There was no sheet on the bed, only a heavy bedspread. It was too hot to sleep under and too cool to go without. Other than that, it was great!

The apartment was very pleasant and fantastic in every way except aircon -we couldn't get it to below 26c. Ideal location from Waterloo Station, very quiet. Hotels.com should highlight the £500 deposit because that was a bit of a shock when we found out.

Great apartment. Excellent central location and within walking distance to many of the main attractions. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We would definitely book again for our next trip.

We had Arrival Instructions to type a code to get through the street gate. Type a code to get into the apartment building. Keys in a key box to get into our apartment. That was the instruction. When we arrived at the street gate, there were two men standing at the open gate. We just walked through the gate then. One of them stopped us, and said they were with property management. They wanted to know which apartment we were staying in. He may have keys for us. I told him I was not going to tell him. I didn't know who he actually was. I told him we just arrived, and all I see is two men standing in front of this apartment building. This was NOT in our arrival instructions. BTW - You will NOT be able to get in the apartment until 3pm SHARP. It was nice to have a separate bedroom. No television in the bedroom, only living room. Bed was a Double. Plenty of room for a Queen. When we arrived it was extremely hot in the apartment. NO air conditioner. We had to open all the doors to get the heat out of there. When we leave for the day, all the doors are closed, and we come back to a hot apartment. The elevator did not work for a couple of the days. We had to walk up a LOT of stairs, which was a pain. Not the apartments fault, though. One of the residents apparently pulled the fire alarm accidentally which disables the elevator, BUT elevators reset after the alarm has been reset. A part was needed to repair the elevator. Nice to have a kitchen,balconies,washer.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Good location right near Waterloo train and Underground station for easy transport into the heart of the city and from airport. It’s mildly noisy outside and when other people come through the hallway into their apartments on the same floor, but this was tolerable. I would recommend this apartment.
