1st mistake was taking a room on the 1st floor. So we returned from the wedding we attended to a football party in the lobby close to our room. The noise kept us up past 11. In the morning because our room was close to the lobby, we could smell the breakfast cooking. The room was comfortable but the bathroom door has smoke glass and the person in the room can see the person in the bathroom, made it awkward to shower with other guest in the room. Other than that the stay was pleasant, the staff was great and the food was good.

A newer property in a very good location to quickly access McKinney or Allen Tx. Although located adjacent to a busy expressway, the hotel is very quiet with excellent secure parking. The rooms are very spacious with a modern, contemporary decor. The complementary breakfast is standard fare-nothing special.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, cute rooms, comfy beds. My only complaint is the room was really humid. The blankets felt wet the whole time. The AC worked greart but that just made it cold and wet. My suggestion would be a dehumidifier. Despite that, I would return.

The room was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh with ample space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were so nice, great mattresses, coverings, and pillows. The breakfast was a bit lacking, but sufficient. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The check-in process went smoothly, and we appreciated that they were able and willing to switch a suite with a king bed for a suite with two queens. The room was clean and adequate size, although it really wasn’t a suite: the sleeping and living area are not separated by a solid wall. The room has a lot of lamps, but is not well lit. The thermostat was easy to use and adequate, although the fan was noisy. The mattresses appeared to be fairly new and were comfortable. The bedding also appeared new. The walk-in closet is nice, as is the coffee area. The small refrigerator works only part-time: you need to push a button inside every two hours to keep it cooling. The bathroom is big, yet there’s only one sink. The shower is huge and clean, and the water warmed up quickly. There is no tub. The walls seemed thin: we could easily hear noise next door and in the hallway. Fortunately, most of the nights we stayed, there were few other guests. The swimming pool is outdoors (one day we couldn’t swim because of a series of thunderstorms. It’s not huge, but okay. And it was very clean and the water was a good temp for August. The grill area is a special treat. The breakfast is typical for a free hotel hot breakfast, and there was plenty to eat. All in all, it was an adequate hotel. But when we are in the area again, we will likely try a different hotel.

Elevator wasn’t working. Had to switch my two rooms because they were unsanitary

The location was easy access to the highway and very convenient. Would definitely stay again. Rooms and facility was well kept and rooms were comfortable.

I like how the pool gate was separate from the actual hotel. It also had a bathroom near pool so we didn’t have to walk all the way to our room if my littles needed to potty. 5/5

The worst anniversary celebration, totally frustrated in my stay, we were given room 236 which had no security lock on the door to which Cherry, the front dek girl said she could not do anything, at our insistence we changed to 312, which did not serve the TV remote control and it was not possible to change or program it, and the AC unit was extremely noisy, Cherry said someone would come the next day to check it. There was no change for the next day. We made this trip for rest and relaxation and with a noisy room, no TV and no desire to serve the customer.

This is such a nice hotel. Staff was extremely friendly, everything was spotless clean and the room was huge with an especially nice bed.

We weren’t there for long, but the room and hotel was so nice that we wished we could’ve enjoyed it longer. Everything was clean, nice, and comfortable.

Great stay overall! Free breakfast every morning, gym onsite. But elevators were down for most of our stay which was inconvenient.

Great stay! Very clean, pool area was fantastic & also very clean, plenty of towels and extra bedding was clean ready to use. Two downfalls: laundry room/washer & process was a joke! You prepaid on an app (no cash), $4 a load, but can only load $3, $5 or $10, can't customize amount. Washer did not work; clothes came out almost completely dry and soap on them. For the most part customer service was amazing & attentive, aside from one front desk clerk who would not put his phone down while helping me or other customers. Simple quick questions that deserved undivided attention. Otherwise, great stay, thank you!

Our stay here was good. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The AC felt amazing and we all slept like babies. I didn’t get a chance to try to breakfast but my husband stated that it was good. Room was a decent price. Only thing is the elevators were not working and we had to carry everything upstairs to the second floor which was fine.

This is my go-to hotel Marriott SpringHill suites a very comfortable and clean.

Didn’t like not having housekeeping everyday, not enough lights in the room, no safety bars in the shower and no safe in the room. Liked the breakfast, near restaurants, beds very comfortable.
