Service was poor pick up was not there take taxi to go hotel not cheer full greeting at reception in side room full of ANTS

Puss puss in the bathroom was so hard it was difficult to get water out. Shower curtain needed a good clean. Shampoo had lots of water in it

The waffle machine need some good replacement or cleaning.

Chose the hotel for closeness to the airport with shuttle service. Turns out it is not every 20-30 min. As listed at hotels.ca but every 2 hours after 4 pm. That would have influenced my decision were I to have known. The check-in and staff/hotel were fine…we didn’t appreciate waiting an hour for a shuttle and then needing to take a taxi anyway.

I had a reservation on Tuesday 10/15/2024 for one night ,Overall the room was clean , The shuttle service is not published on your website, therefore I waited from 9:00 pm to 10:30 for shuttle, the reception area employees were very confused on how to check in guests. 3 employees were helping one guest where the rest of us waiting specially after arriving 11:00 PM , on another note the quality of the food served at breakfast was below expectations. The meals were poorly prepared and lacked freshness. I paid $132.00 for a room worth $70.00.Given these circumstances, I kindly request a refund, Please let me know the process for this refund, and if any additional information is needed from my end. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution and hope this feedback will help improve the service quality for future guests. Sincerely, Youssef

Positive experience, would come back

Clean very clean. Food really good. Live in USA and I stayed Sheraton, Hilton here and this hotel was great only one lady at the front desk always rude but I stayed away from her as much as I can other than that 10 out of 10 bed comfortable, swimming pool clean and 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for those guys at the pool always ready to bring you a towel and make sure clients are ok great job. I will come back January and will stay here again. Thank you
