One central is a good hotel for the price and it comes with a very good breakfast included. It is also attached to a mall although very crowded is that mall. The room is small and a bit cramped but functional. The staff is great and most are friendly.

Great value for money. Stayed for 3 days. Location is at old area in Cebu near historical attractions. There is a mall beside the hotel where you can get all your needs. Staff are very friendly. Overall, great stay.

Buffet breakfast have many selections and were good.

It is a hotel located in city center. since the building area is small, so the rooms , reception, pool gym are spreading in different floors, and 2 lifts only , so it may take some time to take the lift. Reception and breakfast restaurant is on 9th floor, pool and gym in 19th floor. Didn’t take a time to visit the pool and gym so cannot give an opinion. Check-in time is 2pm, we arrived before but we are allowed to store the luggage in cloak room until check-in. Breakfast is good . The room is small and dim, sound isolation is not good, sometimes can hear some voice and music. There is a mall Elizabeth mall behind the hotel , there are supermarket, restaurants , food courts. Very convenient. Overall this price in city centre, not bad.

Check in unusal in that had to get lift to 9th floor, and lift card controlled, so need security staff to tap on first arrival. But went smoothly once got to reception. Less smooth was original room assigned, worst view in last 50 hotels stayed in in 5 years. At back of hotel overlooking air conditioning units and metal fire escape. Room did not have advertized safe, an essential for me, and only enough coffee making sachets for 1 cup although room booked for 2. Advised reception and showed them photo of room and charming helpful lady on reception moved me to another room. This was so much better, other than no hot water, again quickly rectified once reported. Room was decent size, tastefully decorated but as with first room only 3 hangers in wardrobe. I have learned to carry extras with me and needed here. I ate mainly in hotel as local dining options whilst plentiful are liimited to mainly fast food, I found no 'fine dining' options. Fortunately lunch/dinner menu was tasty and reasonably priced, with good service. Less happy with breakfast, very busy, and I basically just had an omlette as do not like frankfurter style sausages and bacon(?) had run out. No toast as 1 machine for guests was sited amongst jambed main buffet line, would suggest siting by juice machines for ease of access? Nice mall nearby and banks, barbers, spas short walk. Hotel laundry not available but can recommend nearby one. Despite 'niggles' enjoyed stay other than restricted dining options.

The staff are very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very delicious. Our rooms were very clean. It’s close-by to the local stores for gifts (pasalubong) for our family back home.

I like one central hotel its very convenient of everything and all the staff are friendly and smilling , which I didn't like about the strength of the connections of wifi sometimes off and on. But overall so far so good.... I am a regular customer I am happy for my staying in one central..... Thank you and God bless us all....

Very nice hotel to stay for a few days & nearby establishments.

Hotel was fantastic, such a beautiful hotel for the price paid!! Only slight issue was the shower in 6011 seems to be on an angle so all the water flows into the bathroom if you aren’t super careful. Other than that, considering booking again when I am in Cebu in a few days time!

My mom and I enjoyed our stay. Excellent staff they are very helpful and approachable. The breakfast is very appealing every morning my mom is looking forward with dish of the day and the fruits were awesomely fresh, love the fruit salad. Will definetly recommend if u like free stress stay in cebu.

I don’t know why, but check in has become why longer. I got an extra room for my niece and it took literally like an hour. I went to check in on her twice and I was told everything was fine but she missed dinner with us it took so long. It’s not the first time lately (we stay there a lot).

This hotel is very nice in terms of cleanliness and quality of breakfast compared to many other hotels at same level. And value for money. They do have strange practicess though. When i arrived my door was open and very loud tv nd aircon and all lights were on . Btw i have checked in at midnight so that was very scary . I went back to reception and asked them to give me another room as someone is in my room . I was told the cleaner left it like that but i was already uncomfy and changed room . My friend said they had the same experience . That is very strange practice .also not eco friendly . On check out they will not let you go until someone checks the room that you havent stolen anything then they give tou secureity ok paper to get out of the building. It is funny rho as i forgot my flaskk in the room and they didnt care ro tell me when the person checked thw room . So the flask is gone ,just realised on my way to airport . If you have short stay its ok hotel . And very close to port

For the price everything is better than expected. One Central has superior breakfast buffet, IMHO. It’s inconvenient that the pool does not let you pay with a CC. I wish the front desk was on the first floor.

The hotel was excellent just really wish they would clean the rooms more often & provide the essentials such as towels, other then that great stay.

I enjoyed our stay.. a few hiccups but everything was resolved.. good breakfast and good food for room service.

So so hotel - must take slow lift to 9th floor reception, oricy beakfast - generally needs maintenance - very busy area & did not feel safe - cabbies and tuk tuk drivers rip you off - too far from anything

I was so positive surprised. So nice . So clean . The bed was very good. The toilet had a very very high quality. The breakfast was the best We came from cblue on Leyete and it was the worst ever . Then we came to One Central Hotel, and it is the best ever. I will go there again. And i recommend every one in Cebu to go there . Real luxury. Thank you One Central Hotel.
