Excellent location near Las Canteras beach and the city center. The place is very clean, comfortable, with very nice terrace with jacuzzi. For recommendation!

The staff were excellent throughout. Friendly and accommodating. And when my bag was stolen someone came out of hours to give me a new key. Highly recommend and I would stay again.

Check in was really easy and the hotel contacted me with information should I need to check in late. This property was spotless and close to all, including the beach! I would definitely stay again.

We arrive at the hotel at 5.00 p.m. Unfortunately, the front door of the hotel was locked and there was no info about how to enter the hotel. After 20 min one of the hotel guests let us in. After several calls (about half an hour) we get information how to get cards from the front door of our room. I think the hotel had to send me all the information to get into the hotel before the trip, not everything when we got to the hotel door (we didn't have wi-fi and couldn't get in). The administrator could send it to my mobile phone and there would be no problem. We had such a negative experience when traveling the world for the first time.

Location was perfect, beach, restaurants and bars right outside. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was our second stay will definately come back.

Property not attended 24 hours, but staff very attentive by phone and made arrival and check-in easy.

The apartment block appears fairly new and is situated a short walk from the beach although you can’t see the sea from the apartments. The apartment was very clean and well maintained and during our visit the cleaners did an excellent job. The Lounge/kitchen area was quite small and the settee not very comfortable. The television had a range of Spanish channels but only two in English, both American news broadcasters. A big positive about the Valentina Beach complex is the quality of service provided by the reception staff from checking in to checking out. A special mention must go to Julit who is exceptional. Whatever you ask her she will try to help and she is prepared to give as much of her time as you need. This lady is a credit to her employers.Overall this apartment was as advertised and good value for money. For us we would just have liked a bigger living area and a quieter location.

Even though there was no AC the room was fantastic for a party of 1. I really appreciated that personal numbers were given incase i needed anything and someone was not at the desk. Super friendly up to date and loved all the energy saving details of the room
