The female person tending the bar one of the nights we were there was not up to our expectations, thus, we searched elsewhere for a bar.

From about 8:00 pm until 10:10pm constant banging, jumping, running noises from room above. Called front desk several times. It kept getting worse. I asked the front desk clerk Joe to come to my room so he could hear the noise. He would not. He said he needed to talk to his manager. I asked him to call me back. He said is Manager was not at the hotel. He said she told him to stand outside the room upstairs (3rd floor) instead. The overhead noise continued. When I called the front desk there was no answer. I had to put my clothes back on and walk down to the lobby and make a 5th complaint. I asked did the manager talk to the people in room 307. He said no. His manager told him to stand outside. I said standing outside the door is not a true indicator. Each time you call them it gets worse. They are purposely running back and forth and jumping around. I told him this is a high end chain. I said I am paying over $200 a night. I said I came for a peaceful stay. I said the people 307 don't have the right to disturb others. Basically, after the 6th time calling. He finally came to my room. There was one small stomp but nothing more. He stayed about 3-4 minutes. I said I hope they have stopped but I doubt it. I feel they will start up again in the morning. And they did!

Convenient to walk to our downtown event. Bed and linens were wonderful! Enjoyed the spa shower. Staff was friendly and breakfast was appreciated! Clean!

Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Cold overcooked eggs and expired packaged cakes. The room was nice and immaculate but small. Bed was very comfortable and shower was great!

The hotel is lovely and clean. The staff was wonderfully helpful. Quick walk to downtown and a nice walk to UK.

This is an amazing property. It’s in a good location near a variety of places to eat/drink. The property is very stylish and appears to be recently renovated. Everything was done beautifully. There is a nice lounge area for breakfast in the morning or a drink in the evening. Included breakfast is a great bonus as is the onsite parking. It’s the only place I’d stay in downtown Lexington.

When we first arrived, we were given our suite. Upon walking into the room and looking into things, we found that the room had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The spa shower, which was a big reason we chose this hotel, also didn't work in our bathroom. We went back to reception and told them our complaints and he himself was very helpful, polite, and respectful. He put us into a new room, but it was a downgraded room. We went from our suite to a much smaller room. It had been cleaned and the shower worked, so we stayed in the new room. But this place was not at all what we had expected.

It was only me and my daughter that travel and we were super safe with all the locked doors after midnight and the only thing I had to complain about was the night manager she was horrible and rude! But other then that our room was amazing and clean and the shower OMG was EVERYTHING ! :)

There was a bit of a sewer smell in the lobby. As an old building it also smelled musty. Air con was super loud.

I wish my stay had been better, because I really wanted to like this hotel. The location was wonderful and it was very convenient, with easy parking and great restaurants nearby. However, the service was not great - even at check-in, I waited outside the door for almost fifteen minutes before anyone let me in (checked in after 11pm, so the doors were locked, but there was no bell - even though there was a sign to ring the bell for service - and though I could see the front desk person inside, I knocked several times and she didn't come to the door. When she finally noticed me after another guest pointed me out, the front desk manager said I "should have knocked" - which I had been doing. The room was very spacious, the shower was AMAZING, and I liked the touch of the bathrobes and cozy lighting. Unfortunately, the wifi didn't work at all in my room, and neither Hilton nor the front desk was helpful about it. The hotel must have been experiencing some water damage, because the halls were musty and smelled like dank well water. The doors in my suite would not close all the way - including the bathroom door. All in all, I really tried to like this hotel because it has so much potential, but the staff and the quirks will keep me from staying here again :(

Second time staying here, absolutely love this hotel. Location, cleanliness, comfortable, roomy, awesome bar, breakfast, and workout room with a Peloton! Will be back!

The breakfast was basic, but otherwise good. The staff were friendly but the reception staff spent most of their time hidden behind a big monitor in front of them. The outside gas firepit was great, the times it was actually on. The bedroom was comfortable, but what let it down was the loud noises from the heat/air systems. Not just in our room, it sounded like from the room next door, too. Very loud and mechanical sounds. When in the shower, it sounded like a freight train was in there with me. It was a shame as it was a great location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One of the best beds we have had in awhile with a hotel stay. There was some bad food in our mini fridge but we just took out and threw it away. Everything else was very cleaned and smelled wonderful!

The staff went out of their way to assist us. The free breakfast was very good as well. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a very good stay

Loud, the next-rook-over’s alarm clock woke me up. There is insufficient insulation between rooms on the same floor or from floor to floor. The front desk staff was surly and unpleasant, both morning and evening. In the evening to us, in the morning while doing personal business on the phone with another business. The black out curtains were broken, I suppose fortunately in the down position, but there was no option to have natural light in the room in the morning. Parking was simple and convenient. The location was good. There was a very kind and lovely woman working in the hospitality/ breakfast area. Our room was extremely cold, 62 degrees, and when we tried to turn the heat up the noise from the HVAC unit was VERY loud. So we opted to sleep in all our clothes and leave the thermostat where it was.

We had such an amazing stay. Loved the hotel! Loved the look of the hotel. It’s was well decorated. Loved the very spacious room. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was a little difficult to get to, our GPS kept taking us to the side entrance and you’re surrounded by a bunch of one way streets, so we ended up driving in circles trying to get there. Several restaurants within walking distance. We didn’t stay for breakfast but thought it was nice that it was served to 10am.
