The hotel location is great and the facility itself is okay. However, the hotel described its double room to be around 26 square meters but according to my experience it's at most 22 square meters. With a 30 inch luggage in the room I can't even freely walk around. The hotel front desk insisted it's as big as the website described.

It would be nice if there was a bar as the weather was awful and nowhere to get a nightcap at 9pm.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location. Easily walkable to all the interesting sights and has fabulous dining options around it. The staff is super accommodating and friendly. They gave us awesome tips and recommendations. Rooms are super clean and modern. Bed is very comfy. Bathroom has a heated towel rack. Mini bar and coffee bar have lots of options. Overall great hotel, highly recommend it.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful! But A/C rarely worked for 4 nights! We could control the temperatures in the room but I dont think it's accurate at all. Always way too hot and couldn't stay in the room during daytimes!

This is a great location in a beautiful city. The hotel room was pretty good but the view terrible, a wall and two levels down. Be careful when they allocate a room.
There was a coffee machine and no coffee pods.
No sleepers and they could not bring up.
No milk. But they brought up pods.
No indication of free water. We found out later that it was free!
Room brilliant but luckly we came latish and the view did not matter so much.
Staff super helpful and tried to accommodate us.
I would stay again but not if the cost was high.
Thanks to the staff.
Expedia said they would give us a bubbly bottle of wine per stay but they did not know about it.

We had a nice clean spacious junior sweet with one double bed and one wide extrabed. Peaceful during night. Location of the hotel in the middle of the city of Granada was very pleasant. The parking facility in this hotel was essential for us.
