Incredible and amazing experience. It was the first time I was in this hotel. I will repeat for shure.
The room was beautiful. Clean and precious decoration. The bed was very big with very soft bedclothes.
I had also a balcony. Incredible view of the city, especially in the night. Amazing

The hotel was in good location and nice decoration. Other than that I wouldn’t say it is 5 star hotel. I would say 3. There are limitation to things. Food is ok. No spa or swimming pool so I don’t know how is this 5 stars hotel. Staff seemed to no know the area well. They nearly charged me for water and green tea but I had to fight them for that. It’s not major but for a 5 star hotel you would think water is and tea is free.

Stayed here for 1 night. The first room I got was beautiful, however when I turned on the lights flys came out everywhere. I notified the front and was quickly given accommodations to a different room. This was obviously an unfortunate incident. Maybe upkeep and keep prep on the rooms. Other than that everything else was fine. The staff was kind and accommodating.

This hotel is an excellent choice. The spacious suite was well designed, comfy bed, and outstanding breakfast. We are returning for another stay in about a week. Good central location.

We struggled to find a better title than OK. We booked 2 rooms at same price but they were quite different...one with minibar one without, one higher than the other. My 9th floor room was not serviced while we were out in the morning and they called me while i was sleeping so no room servicing first day. Second day they did clean room but only once i got in the shower did i realise i had been given no towels and i had to dry using the robe!..Breakfast was just OK...eggs disappointing. Best was fruits and bread. Location was just OK and required a walk or taxi. We were disappointed in recommended local guide. We thought he was being briefed on our wishes but 2.5 hours into our tour while we were hungry ( where was our seafood ?) being sold rugs was a massive disappointment. The best tour we did was booked via Premium Tours! Lovely man at front desk, and doorman were the highlight

Beautiful hotel and large suite with comfortable bed. We were only there 2 nights, and one of those was following a long transatlantic flight so didn’t get to explore the area too much, but no complaints about the hotel!

The property was exceptionally cleaned and maintained. Tram passes right in front of the property. The breakfast buffet was excellent with so many options. The staff is very cheerful and professional.

I paid for a king size bed and they gave me a queen size

Concierge was pushy about a tip. Took my bag from the ground floor to the first floor, showed me my room and then just stood inside waiting. As a Brit, I don’t usually tip. However, I took out €1.50 and when he saw that he said, oh I like your Queen, give me a note with her on it. Meaning he wanted £5 as the bare minimum. I showed him my wallet and said I don’t have pound sterling with me. He then gave me a short lecture on how €1.50 is worth nothing and that he doesn’t want it. He then left the room and a sour taste in my mouth.
All other staff are fantastic.
Property is really noisy and there are roadworks outside at night making it very difficult to sleep.

Way too much noise. Very difficult to sleep or rest. Every few minutes the tram comes and goes. It’s like a plane taking off constantly.
Internet connection is really really bad.
Housekeeping are hit and miss. Sometimes they do an awesome job, others it’s like they didn’t even turn up. However, the quality control woman does come to check, which I’ve never seen before anywhere and think is amazing.

Beautiful hotel!!! You will have a living room and a bedroom! It’s a suite with balcony. You won’t have English channels on TV . But who is watching TV while in Morocco?

The room was nice and bed comfortable. Only a small amount of bottled water supplied so you need to buy your own. Wifi didn’t work in the room. Restaurant staff were lovely. Check in was good but then things went a little downhill. One of the reception staff made me feel like a nuisance for asking for help with a couple of things, so I felt really awkward and uncomfortable when I needed assistance. When I left she told me I owed tax which I’d already paid and something from the mini bar when I’d had nothing. It was sorted out but with no warmth or apology. The worst thing was the noise. Loud traffic noise and at night there was roadwork with jackhammers and trucks. I got zero sleep. This was my first night in Morocco as a solo traveller and it was kind of stressful for me here.

Excelente location and short walking distance to main Train Station Atocha.
The apartment/room has kitchen and all you need for fixing something quick and also has a small washer/dryer in bathroom.

The Hotel Casa Diamond was a good choice for us . The rooms my son and i stayed in, both had a balcony. The suites were spotlessly clean. Location was good for the old market, very close to the beautiful park and not far from the sea.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. We also enjoyed a nice hot breakfast. The hotel was very clean and our suite had a nice view overlooking the park. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Casablanca.

Overall, I think my stay was pretty good. The location is decent and the receptionist was helpful. I was a little unhappy with the tour bookings however. It wasn't clear to me (until i got there) that the tours were booked with 3rd party and that required me to withdraw a lot of cash in the last moment. Which was very stressful. Also, the tour ended up costing more than I expected due to being with 3rd party.

I have stayed here last year and this year one on my top list everyone is nice and I love the place I will stay there every time when I return it’s close to see things and I look for for excellent places to when I travel would highly recommend this hotel

Big kudos to the security man “Mr Jamal “ and the gentleman from front desk who helped me out to find ATM when I arrived almost midnight. My atm did not go through , somehow because the security from the my bank.. but I appreciated a lot how Mr Jamal tried to solved my problem and his energy was so genuine. From my bottom of my heart.. thank you so much . May God Bless you ! Amen 🙏

We LOVED our stay at Palais Amani! The staff were incredibly gracious and kind and so much fun to talk to. The hospitality here was the best we’ve ever experienced while traveling. They made booking tours and experiences at Fez so easy - we thoroughly enjoyed the Medina tour with Mohamed and the souk tour + cooking class. The people at Palais Amani made us want to come back to visit Fez soon!
