It rained heavily upon arrival. Part of the hotel hallway had rain in it. Not sure if it rained in our room but our room smelled of mildew. The hotel was booked so there was no where to move to. Also the rooms phone didnt work and wasnt replaced.

Room was very clean. It is outdated. No heat in the room was cold at night

Great stay at the falls hotel and inn over a 2 night stay. check in was great and check out was super easy. the location of the hotel is so convenient to everything around the area. so close to the central area. everything is very accessible and close by. would stay there next time and recommend to friends and family. love the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. the bed was super comfy and the room was very clean and spacious. stayed in the inn part of the hotel and it was perfect.

Guests when booking this property need to be aware of their policy. I chose to pay at the property. Check in is at 4pm and i tecieved a phone call at 2pm from the property. They said my payment didnt go through and if we couldnt get there right away they would cancel our reservation. Apprently its their policy that they will try to put through the deposit upto 3 days out. Ive never experienced this anywhere else. Usually they payment isnt put throught until the person is there or after checkin for a no show. The woman on the phone was not friendly ablut it at all. We managed to get there in time. We ordered breakfast for 2 people, 2 days. We went the first day and it was HORRIBLE. The hollandaise saice was runny and see-through. The Western Sandwich had so many peppers in it it was inedible, the server wasnt the friendliest either. When i went to talk to the restauraunt manager, she tried walking away from me.. i finally got her to stop and listen. They took the charge off the room, but when we looked at our cc receipt they still charged us for it. The pool area was nice though. Wont be staying there again, too many options in Niagara.

We just used the room to sleep…bed and pillows were comfy, air worked and very clean. Walking distance to everything

A great hotel in a good location and close to everything and Niagara Falls transit and Wego is highly available

Close enough to be consider downtown but tucked away to not hear the bustle of the night life.

Extra 167 cad was deducted from my card and staff mentioned I will get refund in 3 days but dint receive any refund yet. I am very upsetting regarding this extra charges

Most of the things was not in working condition. ( Room Lights, bath tub jets, Hot tub,), staff at dinner was rude, food quality and quantity was terrible as compared to prices.

On the time of reservation online, it was showing the breakfast and the parking was included at the time of tue check in they said no included we paid at the counter.

Carpets in the room were extremely dirty. Do not take off your shoes. Otherwise you will have black socks.
