The absolute rudest owners and employees I’ve ever dealt with. I didn’t even make it past the front desk, and I decided to go somewhere else save your money.

We stayed here in front of a flight out of Salt Lake City. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport in around offices and other lodging. The hotel is newer, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff was fantastic. While the hotel is right next to I-80, ambient road noise was better contained than we have seen at similar properties from our room on the first floor. This will be our default lodging in Salt Lake City from now on.

We loved the cleanness of the Hotel and the pool was incredible. The breakfast was great too.

The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. I forgot my phone charger and Pae, one of the front desk staff, let us borrow his. They all greeted us and told us if there was anything we needed let them know.The facility was clean and fit our needs perfectly. Highly recommend this hotel!

I waS charged 75 a night for a puppy that stayied in its kennel. Mirror in bathroom was chipped, trim and other items missing pieces or broken- pubic hair in shower. But 75 for a crated puppy

We stayed here one night to fly out early the next morning. The property was clean, quiet & conveniently located right by the SLC Airport with a shuttle available.

Property was great - rooms have great amenities, clean and well appointed. Hotel was also clean, and safe. Parking was ample and convenient. Great fragrance piped to unit (asked housekeeper and she said it from HVAC system or something) - smelled GREAT every time we came back to our room. Breakfast was good and had several different options. The only issue we had and why I didn't rate 5 star for a few areas: we would go to the front desk each night to get additional coffee for our room - which was not an issue our first 3 days. On Saturday night, we got back to the hotel around 7:45pm, my husband went to the front desk to get coffee, she told him they were out of regular coffee and gave him decaf, when he came and told me (I was at the breakfast nook getting cups, creamer, sugar), I was surprised. We went back to the front desk - and I asked Angie (front desk clerk) to check to see if they had an regular coffee - she was very clearly agitated by the request, rolled her eyes at my and scoffed as she went back in the room behind the front desk. She emerged with 3 regular coffee pods and I again questioned, there really isn't any regular coffee, she said that they were out. I asked if we could get some from housekeeping, she said they were gone for the day - and here is what I was shocked at - she told us we could just wait until the morning and come down to the breakfast area to get coffee. I would rather not have a coffee maker in my room if I can't get coffee!

Property was very clean. Several hotels in area. Off of the freeway. A couple hotels with dining options but needed to drive 15-20 minutes away for more selections.

We like to eat in our room and the kitchen worked well for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shuttle transportation to the airport 24/7 allowed our late arrival to still get picked up and taken back to the hotel.

We stayed here the night before an early a.m. flight and it was perfect. Clean!!!! Smelled great! Quiet. Very comfortable!

Stayed here a few nights and wasn't impressed. First, realize where you are (this is on me) but you are not close to much (coffee, restaurants, park, etc) other than the airport, so just keep that in mind. I booked this hotel in the winter because it had an indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The pool was broken when I arrived and I let the manager know that I booked BECAUSE of the indoor pool since I was traveling with a small child and needed something for them to do, and asked if I would get a discount or anything since the pool was broken and was told "no, it's not our fault there is a broken part". I was not happy that there was no compassion or discount offered. Breakfast wasn't worth it. The fresh fruit wasn't fresh at all, only one day were there even any muffins, there were hardly any bread choices either, and it was very meh. Worse than other hotel breakfasts. They clean the floors a lot which is nice, but our room was kind of dirty. The fans had layers of dust on them, and the bathroom had brown 'drops' on the walls by the toilet so I can only imagine what that was. There was also no extra toilet paper in the restroom so make sure you check that/ask for more. Also, the lights went out in the bathroom and toilet area on our last night. Also, it impacted me because I had to work but there is no pen/paper in the room and desk area had not been cleaned, it was sticky. All in all I would not stay here or recommend. I would choose another hotel in this area.

This property failed to adequately explain their working amenities. My family got to this hotel thinking we would be able to swim and an hour after checking in we went down to the pool and spa only to find that they were closed and not in working order. We asked for a refund to go to the garden Hilton next-door and the operations manager Jacqueline refused to refund our money so that we could go to a hotel that had the amenities we were looking for. There is no signs stating that their amenities are not in working order. After a long day of traveling my family and I wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub and that was one of the reasons why we chose this place. Hilton usually is very good at honoring there, guests and treating them well. I am very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of communication this hotel provides. I’d stay at the garden Hilton next-door.

We checked in. Went up to our room to get ready to swim. Their pool was closed for renovations. That is the whole reason we were there. Stayed for approximately 60 mins. They would not refund or move us to another property. Ended up having to make another reservation at a different hotel near by. And pay both.

Great room. Great staff. Clean hotel. Will stay there again.

Very average maintenance in rooms not up to par. I booked this hotel for hot tub and pool and was closed. The breakfast was average.

Had great reviews, pool/spa and breakfast. These were all priority in selecting a hotel. Facility was a little older but still nice. The gentleman that check us in was not very friendly. It was clear that he did not want to be there. I have young children hence the requirement for a pool/spa. They were devastated when we walked down after checking in to find both pool and spa were broken. The next morning kids were up bright and early to try to get into the pool. Again the pool and spa were broken. I would never have booked this place if I knew the pool and spa were broken. It’s a shame that information about broken amenities is not stated on the hotel listing. Our stay Homewood was a terrible start to our trip. There were so many other hotel options in the area. I do have to say that everything else about the facility was pretty good… Nice little gym! Room was good. Breakfast was great.

Wonderful stay, would definitely stay again

First time there. It is off the freeway but still not much noise.

Very convenient near airport with a good breakfast spread. 24 hour shuttle worked smoothly with no delays. We stayed coming in very late and stayed for two days for our return - each time shuttle was reliable, friendly.

We were able to check in by 230pm instead of 3pm which is good! We then got in a room that was not cleaned (bed in made, towels on the floor) the room was not cleaned after the previous guest… back to front desk we went! The receptionist gave us an upgrade for the inconvenience. After stepping out for dinner the room key didn’t work… back to the front desk, we went! We hear then from the gentleman that our room was given to other guests who entered our room and saw our belongings and then came back to the front desk to get another room. Great hotel if you want to reach your steps intake going back and forth from the room to the front desk and if you’re not worried to find strangers in room or if sleeping in a room that wasn’t dreamed up from previous guests! Reception attendants were pleasant during this process but it’s not enough to get a better rating!

Hotel is close to the airport and surprisingly quiet! Very clean and well stocked!

I stayed at this hotel due to a canceled flight. They offered a free shuttle and hot breakfast. The front desk guy when I checked in was so friendly and generous. He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The Airport Shuttle was right on time for picking me up and taking me back to the airport the following morning.

Hot breakfast and friendliest staff. Only problem I had was that I book True orbits.air. car and hotel. When I arrive at home check my checking account and find out they hotel also charge me $545 Xtra. but I spoke to Jacklyn she told me that they were going to get the problem solve.

Rooms are good, service is good, staff was great. The noise from the freeway is loud.

The elevator was not working and we had to trek quite a way. Also the pool and hit tub were not in service which was the main reason i booked the hotel. That was a huge let down

I'm honestly confused about the great reviews. It was easy to check in, and the front desk clerk was nice, then it went downhill. Our room was so gross. The furniture was dirty and had nasty white stains, I had to stop looking before I totally grossed myself out. The walls were disgusting with smears of who knows what and dirt, there was a dirty paw print on one of the bedspreads, no liner in the garbage cans, no soap in bathroom, and I seriously question if anything had been wiped down before our stay. The only plus was the lobby was that nice and the location is convenient. We didn't try the breakfast because after the icky condition our room was in, I had a loss of appetite and would rather eat somewhere else.
