perfect place in the city center

Brilliant stay in a terrific hotel. Family room with a separate bedroom for the kids was great, penthouse pool was lovely, breakfast was included and delicious, and a great location next to the railway station but a short work to the old town. Highly recommended

Rude unaccomodating small room’s uncomfortable bad hotel

NIce hotel next to the station so good access to the city and to travel to other villages, airport etc. Rooms were comfortable.

Lovely hotel, great location

Nice stay at this busy hotel. Central but not a pretty location as it’s close to the mall and train station. We knew that when we booked.

Great size room and shower with sauna and spa Level 10 was quite noisy from the pool area above us at times. If you’re a coffee lover, breakfast may disappoint a little as the machine was not working well. Easy walking and access into town and the station.

Conveniently located, especially for people arriving by train

The property was relatively easy to find being a 1 min walk from the front of the Utrecht central station. Check-in was easy and efficient. The hotel is clean, bright and secure. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Very clean, well located. The twin beds were narrow but comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

Reception staff not welcoming or helpful, they didn't seem interested. Housecleaning staff were helpful friendly and responsive.

I had a room on a high floor which was large and bright but I could tell tht the bins had not been cleared from the last person. However worse of all is the fact tht the walls are very thin and you can hear noise from other rooms. One night, i thought tht someone came into my room.. tht was how loud the noise was. I also wanted to send some clothes for laundry service but the person at the desk told me tht there was no service in the weekend although the form in the room said tht there was no service on Sunday and public holidays. It was a Saturday! The receptionist directed me to a laundromat instead telling me tht it had laundry service, which it didn’t. The bright side is the location. It was very close to the station and the mall.. I recommend staying in the Crowne plaza instead!

Excellent location, next to train station and shops and a few minutes from historic centre. Our children loved the swimming pool.

Perfect for a Short Star. Pool and close to City and Main station

I booked a City Room based on the description here that it's soundproof room and it has a City View. Unfortunately it wasn't the case , and they gave me a room that sits basically over the Utrecht Centraal Train station and you can clearly hear the trains during late evening and night, which meant I couldn't sleep at all.

Very clean and nice hotel,only thing that bothered me were the Broken lockers in the spa and pool area so that you couldnt leave your stuff out of your sight but besides that it was very nice

Breakfast was excellent, staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool/ Gym area was really nice too! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very nice looking hotel with good views from the rooms, great food options at all times of the day with very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to a mall for shopping and the train station for travel elsewhere. A great stay and would definitely stay again

Clean, modern and spacious and very central. Would highly recommend this hotel, 3 min walk to train station (you don’t hear the trains) and 10 min walk to central of Utrecht - best of both worlds.
