Good location near freeway, Extremely well stocked suite, with kitchen, dishes, serving utensils and strainers most everything to benefit a longer stay. Breakfast was as expected but complimentary and on time. Parking is an additional $27 per night, which I knew but seems a bit steep. The main negative was the staff. Not one person smiled or seemed happy there. When I asked for extra pillows they brought one. And when I went downstairs in the morning to ask for the wifi password, no one was around. After 10 minutes of searching for anyone, another guest was trying to check out and there was still no one to help. I knocked on the staff office door and a very sleepy and grumpy young man came out and said, "What?". When I asked him about the wifi password he went to the desk and handed me a sheet of instructions without a word.

It was great. Nice breakfast but they should let people self serve to avoid lineups. Gym could be upgraded but decent. We found a few ants in the bathroom but not a game changer. Would go back.

Never got in the room due to some screw up. I rec’d a message from booking that I had a room but Hilton never rec’d it.
Had to call booking and get another room but was charged original rate even though online the room I was offered was clearly 50-60 cheaper

The room was very nice and it has a kitchenette with a good size refrigerator and freezer. The room was clean and smelled clean and fresh. There is free breakfast in the main lobby area of the hotel. The food offered is good and there's a good selection of different items. The only negative is that the beds aren't great and probably should be updated. I definitely recommend staying at the Home2Suites in South San Francisco.

Clean & the area was really safe , and not far from the hustle in San Francisco. Very good area with an old town near by , lots of places to eat.

We knew what we were getting with Home2suites, so not like we were expecting luxury. However ants and half filled hygiene items were our first room, the next room we were moved to had stained sheets and again either empty or half filled soap, shampoo etc. We spoke with staff and requested management however they were not responsive and took 2 days to respond, making excuses for the issues. Items were never filled, towels never brought on request and management did not care. Very disappointing experience and would definitely not recommend.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and I got a king and a sofa bed. They could not change the room because none was available, even the next day.

Parking was very inconvenient. Having to pay 27.00 per night and struggling to find a place to park after a long day at was horrible. Breakfast needs to be more organized.. the poor employers were trying their best. They need more equipment (waffle makers) and a better set up.

We always love staying at this hotel. We've stayed here at least 6x every time we come to SF it's a great stay. We love the room layout, so spacious and perfect to bring in Togo or save leftovers. Happy to have another great stay and looking forward to the next.

I was not aware of having to pay additional for parking. Seems that was not prevalent in the explanation. It would have been nice if there was a pool, that was my fault for not looking. The gaming room that is featured on the description of the hotel was unavailable and did not look like it was ever functioning. I liked that the room was spacious and had a mini kitchen and amenities.

The room was not ready at 10:45pm, finally got in and they had no sheets for us, no parking for our car. No manager on duty during the weekend. I want a full refund

This is our second time staying at the Homes2Suites Hotel.
The hotel is very quiet, clean and has a nice breakfast.
Housekeeping was not so great. I made a request to the front desk clerk for extra towels, coffee pods, and creamer. No one delivered the items that I had requested for. I called a second time to the front desk. Within 10 minutes an elderly man from the housekeeper dept. came to our door and couldn’t remember the items I had asked for. So I repeated to him the items I needed 2-3 times to him.
The hotel would be all worth the price if they didn’t charge for parking.
Overall, the Homes 2 Suites hotel is an excellent place to stay at in this area.
