We felt like the rooms were very cold and lacked comfort. The washrooms were sterile and reminded us of a hospital bathroom. We would not stay again. For a Hilton we were disappointed.

Stay was fine but we stayed near the parking and was u able to keep the blinds open. Other than that stay was fine
What I didn’t like was the pop up fee for parking 27 bucks per night.

Good location near freeway, Extremely well stocked suite, with kitchen, dishes, serving utensils and strainers most everything to benefit a longer stay. Breakfast was as expected but complimentary and on time. Parking is an additional $27 per night, which I knew but seems a bit steep. The main negative was the staff. Not one person smiled or seemed happy there. When I asked for extra pillows they brought one. And when I went downstairs in the morning to ask for the wifi password, no one was around. After 10 minutes of searching for anyone, another guest was trying to check out and there was still no one to help. I knocked on the staff office door and a very sleepy and grumpy young man came out and said, "What?". When I asked him about the wifi password he went to the desk and handed me a sheet of instructions without a word.

Great stay. We arrived at 2:30am. Our only concern was some people that were hanging out around the property, but otherwise we felt safe.

However it is in an industrial area and lots of transients hanging around, so if you don’t mind some of that this place is great.

It was great. Nice breakfast but they should let people self serve to avoid lineups. Gym could be upgraded but decent. We found a few ants in the bathroom but not a game changer. Would go back.

Never got in the room due to some screw up. I rec’d a message from booking that I had a room but Hilton never rec’d it.
Had to call booking and get another room but was charged original rate even though online the room I was offered was clearly 50-60 cheaper

Very poor when it came to booking and reception services. Booked an additional night to ensure room was ready after an early morning flight arrival, rang twice to book spending 30 mins on the phone and was still an issue when we arrived, told that we would be charged and room still wasn’t ready because it was too early to check in! Extremely frustrating! Ended up having to show my call history to prove I had called to book additional night!

The room was excellent with the full kitchen availability, plenty of room, etc. The hot breakfast was a bit under expectation. The $27/night parking fee, with all risk still left to the consumer per the numerous signs posted throughout the lot seemed excessive; it should be included in the high price already charged for the room.

The room was very nice and it has a kitchenette with a good size refrigerator and freezer. The room was clean and smelled clean and fresh. There is free breakfast in the main lobby area of the hotel. The food offered is good and there's a good selection of different items. The only negative is that the beds aren't great and probably should be updated. I definitely recommend staying at the Home2Suites in South San Francisco.

Friendly staff at the breakfast facility and the breakfast is ok.
Parking cost per day are absurd given the location on a business park. Certain staff member at service desk is not very communicative.
