I ended up paying extra for the upgrade and extra for the bed so my toddler can sleep. The lady at reception didn’t acknowledge my Expedia status and asked me to pay extra!

So far from Dubai. Taxis will charge you more for been located at this area. So far from attractions. It’s cheap.

this are arguably the rudest, most uncaring hotel staff i have ever encountered and i have stayed in hundreds of hotels globally!
no recognition of VIP status, room doesn't get cleaned, rude staff .... i will never go back...

The property was very nice and clean. The room service and dining area was great. Many options on the room service menu. It was very affordable but it's not considered to be in Dubai City. It is located in city of Sharjah. The staff was helpful and respectful. The staff again were very good to us. I would stay at Novotel Expo Center Sharjah again.

It was a really good hotel,the service was great but the location was not so good but its near the airport but I would appreciate if they would add a balcony to the room and this is a great place for visitors and the food is free and good and I advice if anyone is on a budget come to the hotel.

This is a nice hotel next to Sharjah Expo. I stayed there for the night to attend an event . The staff and friendly , professional and super helpful. I would like to thank Ahlam, Allen and Jospeh from the restaurant and Majdi from front desk desk for all their care and hospitality

No offence to any staff but this hotel has a bug problem in the rooms. Also, the water is yellow. It’s been terrible

Terrible place. Incredibly dirty and old and when I asked to get a cleaner they refused 3 times before sending someone up who only came with a spray bottle and planned to clean by spraying water from the bottle and wiping surfaces from his hand. They also refused to check me in on time and were extremely rude

The hotel is western and high standard but it is far from the city center and all the main sights especially when you consider the traffic. It took us more than 1 hour with taxi. Most of the time traffic does not move and there are no alternatives seen as the hotel is far from bus and metro. Next time I will chose a hotel situated between DXB and the Dubai mall.
The staff was very friendly and everything was as it should be. The pool was very little however you can walk to the beach in 5 min. if you want to swim.

Beautiful corniche view. This place was great with good and courteous staff. Hotel has easy access to taxi and have stores and pharmacies around. Good location.

The hotel was overall great but my only issue was that there was no windows that opened within the whole hotel, including every room. Without fresh air the rooms becomes very humid and didn’t allow proper ventilation. It also meant that all the cool air was coming from air conditioning which made the air in the hotel very dry as it lacked moisture.

It s a nice stay for a business trip. Just next to Expo Sharjah and you save money if u have event in Expo.
Hotel is not good with swimming pool facility, it s not clean and with very small pool. Rooms are ok. Comfortable but a little getting old.

Hotel rooms are clean and bright, though the location of the hotel is quite far from Dubai which means your uber costs will be high. So, if your activities are largely going to be in Dubai, its best to just stay in Dubai.
