Stay here at least once if you come to Chang Mai. Just stay away from Top Model.

Absolutely superb. Brand new hotel with FANTASTIC service Room was spacious and comfortable. breakfast was lovely - But it was the overall staff service that blew us away. Outstanding

We stayed in a total of 5 hotels during this vacation trip and Empress provided one of the top service. As a Platinum Hotels.com member, I received a room upgrade with a HUGE complimentary bag of snacks and drinks plus the fridge also had complimentary drinks. The room we received was HUGE!! It was like an apartment in a hotel. There is a 6 person dining table, fridge, living room sectional with TV and desk. The bedroom had a king sized bed with a sitting area also. Great upgrade and customer service. Breakfast is always a HIT in Asia. Huge variety of choices and very good. Hotel is kind of situated in the back of the busy street, which is nice. Night market is a good 20-30 min walk. Very safe because the streets are always busy. Suggestion: to include utensils in the room. There are cups but no utensils especially with a 6-person dining table. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!! In a heartbeat!!

Beautiful hotel with elegant finishes. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Our entire family was impressed with the facilities. The pool and gym on the 5 th floor are delightful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is beautiful. Clean and lovely, the staff are very very attentive, first class. The only downside is the beds are extremely hard , which for Americans , not use to. In talking to others I understand that it is pretty standard but would be helpful if they had the option for a bed topper to be available to soften it up a bit. But otherwise fantastic!

A very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were very helpful, and I very much appreciated the free upgrade and welcome gifts. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The pool was a little bit chilly but a good size.

The staff are delightful, so welcoming and helpful. We celebrated new-years eve with them, such a fun evening. We will be sure to return whenever we get the chance.

Rooms were spaci and clean. Great amenities in the room.

An impressive and well appointed hotel. The staff are an absolute delight, very attentive and cheerful. We stayed over New-Year and had a wonderful evening of good food and entertainment. Loved it.

Overall it is excellent, but the facilities like fitness center and swimming pool close too early at 7pm

My room is spacious, clean, and I felt treated as a special guest. And its surroundings are good, and easy and good accessibility. It was my second visits, and much more better than the first time in everything. Thanks.

Nice and helpful staff

Was given a bag full of junk food at check in. Perhaps this was to make up for the lack of dining options. Reception staff did not acknowledge me when I came in or out of hotel. Taxi to the airport provided by the hotel was double the going rate.

This is a first class hotel with really nice rooms. We received a generous supply of fruits and snacks. Didn't stay long enough to try the restaurant or spa, but did enjoy the breakfasts very much - huge variety of great food was available.

Our shower drain was clogged so water leaked to the outside of the shower. Aside from this, all good. Thanks
