Very nice facility, fairly new and very well kept. The rooms that we had were very spacious and with nice views of the city as well. The staff was super pleasant.

We would stay in this hotel again no questions. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was beautiful, modern, and clean. Beds were comfortable and we couldn’t hear any noise from neighbouring rooms or the hallway. The breakfast buffet had a great selection.

Staff are very polite and gave us information about the hotel to make it more comfortable. They fill up the buffet quick even though 30 mins before closing. I like how there’s assorted protein choices too for breakfast. The pool is small but there were also less people when we went. Our room is clean and no smell.

It was our first trip to Quebec City. We had a pleasant stay here. The staff is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is newly renovated or constructed property which is at walkable distance from Walmart and various restaurants. Very close to the main highway. Rooms were spacious and noise free. Breakfast service was great, they kept on replenishing items without much wait. Overall the stay was excellent.

Philippe and Yalda (not sure if I spelled correctly) were an awesome evening team to help with all our questions and restaurant recommendations - also loved the texting to see if all was ok with check in and room. The woman who worked the mornings was not as helpful or informed to answer questions.
Pool was great and refreshing after a day of exploring. The room was clean and comfortable - easy to adjust temperature.
Breakfast was the same each day but plenty of options to appease all ages.
It was a short drive to all the sites so it was perfect to explore but then super quiet when we got home which was a treat.
Parking was a breeze and safe.
Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Nice property very close to the falls, a bit on the expensive side but worth it. In a convenient location for our quick overnight stay, to see both the falls and old Quebec. As someone who only speaks English I always get intimidated staying outside of Montreal, but the hotel staff were awesome, especially the gentleman at the front desk upon check in. We got upgraded to a king suite! We would definitely stay again.

Great location for visiting Quebec, Montmorency Falls and Isle d’Orleans. Upbeat and helpful staff and great breakfast. We stayed three nights and they upgraded us to a spacious suite which we really appreciated.

We like the newness of the hotel - it's design is spacious; modern shower stalls and fixtures and open layout of the entire room. We dont like the fact that the bath towels are so 'coarse' to the touch. It is not soft and fluffy. They didnt live up to excellent quality to the rest of room and hotel facilities

As a first visitor to this location of Hampton Inn, I was very happy by the front desk welcome. The gentleman who greeted me was cheerful, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Due to the recent issues with some of the online data systems, the staff relied on a back up room access card system and without fail, this worked well. The dining room for breakfast was great, easy to use and the food was a perfect way to start my long journey ahead. I overhead several families praising the pool area and would recommend this location of Hampton Inn and Suites for any travellers.
