An alarm went off two nights in a row between midnight and 1 AM. NO EXPLAINATION WAS GIVEN TO GUESTS.
I had to go down to desk to find out what happened.
Furniture frayed. Show drain stopped up with hair. I had to clean as the floor flooded.

Hotel Indigo was such a cute, unique little hotel. We loved the vibe of it. The rooms were very clean but as everyone else stated, the AC in the room needs some work. It does not cool the room at all, even on the highest setting. The bathroom shower kept leaking all over the floor due to poor installation but nothing that 2 towels couldn't fix. Beides that the check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym was exceptional and very well equipped. Everyone we ran into that worked in the hotel were friendly. The bar drinks were to die for and the breakfast was very good.

Easily accessible, right in downtown across from YMCA, near shopping, and in a safe area. The A/C units were not functional, so at least our room had a very loud but effective cooling wall unit.

Great place to stay with your pet and family. They were very accommodating and helped us move rooms when an issue was found in our first alloted room. Location is great and so is staff. Would definitely recommend someone travelling with pets, want to stay near highway but walking diatnce to most things Chattanooga downtown has to offer.

The ac unit on floor with a slat nox over it lets a ton of light in room all night. Dumbest design for hotel ever. And being in suite next to construction was a loud mess. I left 2 days early just to get sleep n cked into amother hotel.

Good overall but the top floor didn’t have sufficient cooling on the rather hot days we were there. Staff supplied a large fan that helped somewhat and offered to move us but by that time we only had one more night so we stuck it out. The lobby was also uncomfortably warm so it just wasn’t pleasant.

The hotel was in a good location. The issue I had the air conditioner wouldn’t dropped in temperature. I’m used to sleeping comfortably and expect to sleep that way when I’m away from home. Went downstairs and asked the lady at the desk she said maintenance was still there.
After returning due from dinner she didn’t have the correct room number so he wasn’t able to take care of the AC why we were out.
Got to the room and the AC guy took the thermostat off the wall so we could manually adjust the air. It took a while before the temperature dropped to a decent condition, but still it was not cool enough.

The hotel itself was clean and very nice. My issue was really the fact that our car was broken into (back window busted out) in the hotel lot, with mandatory valet. I have no issues with the valet personnel, very nice/helpful/professional, however I would recommend opting for street parking. It was also disappointing that our only compensation for this major inconvenience was a comp for the cost of the valet parking ($18).

I found nothing lacking about the hotel and enjoyed my stay. If I had to sum up my overall feeling about my stay with only one word, "Friendly" would be the most obvious word. All staff and Manager were exceedingly welcoming. Too often, that is a missing ingredient in travel experiences.

Our stay was #3, third time and we enjoyed our room and hotel location very much. HOWEVER: our TV kept turning itself on and off by its own accord keeping us awake until midnight. We called the front desk to complain. They promised sending someone up to correct the problem BUT no one came. Finally in frustration I called the front desk again and they said: unplug it. We did. Upon leaving Indigo the clerk at that time shared with me auto turn on/off and manual turn on/off problems were ongoing. I suggest the hotel will find a solution for this problem please.

We traveled from Florida and they allowed us to check in super early. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was good! Balcony bar area super nice as well. Shower didn't spill out a ton of water like most hotels. Bed was was comfy but, boyfriend did not think so. Shower sprayer didn't spray fully and complimentary coffee was cold. Staff also offered to fill our cooler with ice, which was super sweet of them.

Nice area. Parking was not quite as convenient as possible. Staff could have been a tad clearer on the options. The first day I arrived, the front door was not working so had to enter through kitchen door. (One of the elevators was also being repaired.)
