Quick one-night stay for a meeting the next day. Convenient location and very hospitable and friendly staff. Fast food (DQ) a block away and an AM-PM Mini Mart across the street. The first thing I noticed was that the room smelled great! Not real fancy but for an "overnighter" the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The picture for the property is not what the property really looks like (false advertising). It was comfortable, but showing its age by fraying carpet, walls needing painting, no stopper in the sink.

Well we accidentally booked in the wrong city we wanted Seattle since that's where we were going but as it turned out it wasn't bad we had a 24 store right across the street I'd stay there again

It was a very rundown hotel. It could use a total remake, but they could start out by giving the rooms a good cleaning and replacing all of the mattresses and pillows. I don't know how they could come up with a 7.2 rating? Okay that's enough

Staff was friendly at check in and accommodated my request for a non smoking room after realizing my reservation was for a smoking room. This is an older place but for the price it’s definitely worth it for a good night’s rest after a long day of driving.

Lots of outside traffic noise since it’s located close to an intersection.

The western inn is a very clean establishment , with very friendly staff. It was easy to check in and out

Very poor initial room condition. Poorly maintained and updated. Requested another room, but it was well below standards even for a 2 star motel. Came back from a walk to find another party in the second room....front desk had neglected to record my room change. Room card did not work on second day, again front desk screwed up. Will never return.

The front desk lady was super nice while checking in , however our bed was super uncomfortable, the pillows and bed were really tough to sleep on .

Ir qas verry clean. Itwas quiet . The night and day clerk were very friwndly and very helpful. They had wonderful knowledge about the area and things to do. morning grab and go breakfest was fresh and good. I extended my stay by a day and i would stay there again.

The location was convenient, and I loved seeing Mt Rainier from the parking lot. However it needs basic maintenance like lighting and electrical outlets, drawer handles and painting. Continental Breakfast was packaged sweet rolls from an ancient time, but coffee and juice were available. Basically just rundown , has seen better days. The staff was nice.

Friendly and helpful staff. Well-kept property. Very relaxing atmosphere in the guest accessible areas. Looking forward to staying here again on my next visit.

This place is so rundown; the rooms are falling apart. Holes in the walls, lumpy carpet, towel bars falling off the walls because they have been pulled down so many times, etc. The pathetic wifi is way under powered, has almost no bandwidth, drops all the time, and when the router need to be reset because it shut down, it may take hours for them to get around to even trying.

Beware of a hotel that seems too good to be true. The “nonsmoking” room smelled of stale smoke and something else not clean. Afraid to sit on stained single chair. Furniture had chunks missing. We left after 20 minutes and found another hotel.

I believe there needs to be some attention to repairs in the room. It looks a little run down to me.
Toilet would not flush properly and the heater vents were gone, also the dresser was missing a drawer

This is a very old property in need of updating inside and out. I had a King bed room. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable, lumpy. On Saturday, they did not do housekeeping until well after 4:00 pm. Generally clean. No complementary coffee in the room (you could get fresh coffee in the office area). Breakfast was useless to me, as I must have low carb options. There were none.

The bed only had two working legs. We had reserved a two bed room, only had one BROKEN bed. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. Bathroom light didn’t work. There was a literal drug operation in the room next to us.

They called me at 9pm both nights i was there to tell me to "walk quieter". I had been sitting down for 30 minutes one night before the call and the next night was laying in bed. It was really annoying.
I came back to my room and my keycard wouldnt work. Conviently there was a sign out fromt of the office that they would be back in 5 minutes.

My non smoking room smelled like an ashtray and found lingerie in the room. Also the continental breakfast consisted of coffee , juice , and honey buns . No other options
