We had an amazing stay at the hotel on Philips! What a wonderful property! We stayed in the Peacock room & had an awesome view of the river. The staff was accommodating & friendly. We felt safe walking in downtown Sioux Falls & staff recommendations for supper & breakfast were great picks. We were in town for a concert & will definitely do this again!

Absolutely love this hotel. It is a joy to check in with the friendliest man and no hassles. Love the rooms and especially The Treasury Lounge. Parking is always a challenge.

The first room they checked me into had a vinyl floor that was failing and all loose and just laying there. So sad anyone that room was in use.

Definitely NOT the boutique hotel experience that we are used to. Extremely loud area of downtown! Blinds were torn, still worked but ugly. Only one elevator worked so wait time was long. Parking is a JOKE for this hotel!! Would not recommend and we will not be staying here again when we return to SF.

It is a very nice, contemporary type hotel. The vault (bar) in the main lobby is a really interesting and grand part with a cool story behind it (the building was a bank & office spaces). The room was very nice with a beautiful bathroom! Downtown location was very nice, a short walk to several restaurants, bars, and shopping (my wife was thrilled). Although we were there for only 1 night I'm sure we could have enjoyed a long weekend in Sioux Falls. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff is great!! Walkable to lots of great restaurants and under 2 miles to Denny Sanford Premier Center and it's safe to walk to it. We LOVED everything BUT we were there on a Friday and Saturday night and the noise from the cars revving up and doing burnouts was awful and until 2 AM. We understand this is not the hotels fault and we have friends that stayed there on weeknights and never had a noise issue. Street and surrounding ramp parking is free on weekends so if you don't get a spot in the lot there are plenty of options.

This is a very nice hotel. It has lots of character, the rooms are nice, helpful staff, convenient location. We didn’t have time to check out the bar, but it looked cool. My only complaint is that it was loud outside while I was trying to sleep. It was a Friday night so people were out downtown, but in the middle of the night, there were loud cars which sounded like they were drag racing and a man yelling loudly out on the sidewalk. Maybe a room facing the river would be more quiet.

Excellent stay! Close to multiple venues. Floor carpet could be updated, my room had something sticky in a corner near the bed, suggest you wear socks throughout the stay. Tiny parking area, very limited. Treasury in Phillip is a lovely bar located inside.

This has to be the BEST experience ever. The staff is remarkably friendly from the check in attendants to the people at the bar. They are all wonderful!! The room is perfect! It has plenty of storage space, mini fridge, beautiful desk area, a robe, and a comfortable bed and pillows. They stay was so good I paid for a second night. Area is safe to walk around solo. Highly recommended walking around as the area is full of sculptures and great places to eat in the area. Make sure to visit the bar in the vault! Wonderful drinks and the lemon cake is to die for!!

Beautiful hotel and amazing onsite bar and restaurant. Rooms were clean, very well appointed, and had great design. Loved the folded robes on the bed and the size of the room was great. Great location for a walk around the river and downtown which has a lot of food and drink options.
