I would give a score higher than 10 if that were possible. The staff were wonderful, the rooms spacious and nice, and the breakfasts delicious. The hotel is connected with secure doors to a mall. There was also a free shuttle to the Prophet's Mosque for all prayer times. Finally, cleaning staff kept the rooms spotless. Thanks to all for a wonderful stay.

Reason I always come here since last four years is the STAFF is amazing . They always make me feel home and treat us like there family … to mention few names Mr Nassrudin is backbone for this hotel .. Excellent staff and service. Everyone was so accommodating. Hotel manager personally took care of our needs. We’ve stayed at many hotels in the past, this place tops them all.

Location is excellent, right next to the Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment is clean, nice and spacious. Service is excellent - both the front desk as well as the restaurant staff. There is even a welcome fruit and snack platter.

Quiet part. Has great breakfast and love the shuttle to and from Harram Shareef
