The service was outstanding. The room itself wasn’t as clean as I like for it to be. There was spills on bottom of bed and the mildew in bathroom was pretty bad. There was no microwave in room. With paying the price of room per night I would have thought we would have one.

The Harpeth hotel is by far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. You could sense the staff genuinely wanted do an amazing job and were kind and gracious. We needed a lot of accommodations and everything was perfectly facilitated. It was an amazing experience and I would tell everyone that this stay was a value for the convenient location, the cleanliness and the treatment that we received. Will be going back for sure!

We have stayed here before and loved it so we decided to stay again on this trip. However, it was not the same. Understanding the huge glitch of the world it made the hotel go down the entire stay of 3 days. We had to be let in room each time by staff member. We felt we were being treated like a child and asking permission. Was an inconvenience. They had no real records of who was staying, room types, request or any access to anything. Such a bummer for what you pay to stay here and expect at the Harpeth

We went to Franklin for the first time and stayed at the Harpeth Hotel and from the time we checked in the customer service was beyond amazing . My husband and I have traveled to a lot of places and this was by far the best service .

This hotel is so nice and clean! It’s at a prime location in the historic part of Franklin. We loved walking around the area. The hotel itself is so nice and our room was big and beautiful!

Great location, beautiful property and rooms. Everything you need within walking distance. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. They were all just so nice and helpful. Shout out to the valet staff James and Sohum who went above and beyond to help us. We did have an issue in our room with the air condition but they were quick to fix the problem. This is a fabulous place and I would highly reccommend the Harpeth in Franklin, TN.

I did not like that there wasnt a bathtub in my room and i asked for an upgrade but the only one available was a corner suite. Too expensive for me. Also, seems different chefs handle room service bc the first 2 nights i ordered, ot was perfect. Third night of same dish, was C-, at best. Also, refreshing the room left me with a coffee stirrer twice. Little things but...coffee. i didnt want to soend $48/night for parking, so i opted for free parking deck a block away. Staff are super friendly, but bed wasn't great, shower didn't have handheld, and room service wasnt consistent. I wouldn't stay there again.

It is a beautiful hotel so I expected a comfortable mattress - it was hard and lumpy. Sheets, duvet and pillows were very nice quality. What struck me as very odd was how rough and frayed all the towels were - it’s a luxury hotel with Holiday Inn recycled towels. Just baffling - they were rough, frayed and small for bath towels
The shower was HUGE! But it had one tiny shower head that was inadequate for the size of the shower - I swear you could get a king size bed and nightstands in there BUT the shower head again looked like it was recycled from a Holiday Inn
Staff was wonderful and I’m not unhappy I chose them, but was a bit disappointed and the lack of attention to those details

great location, restaurant good, comfortable, but tv in room stayed on a download message, not getting a solid feed, very irritating, not good for watching anything, nothing wrong with the tv, it was just bad communication/load.
