Perfect !! Like a 5 star hotel . Rooms are perfect, comfortable, extra large and clean.

Spotless, well-equipped, nice design touches that made our stay perfectly comfortable. Very welcoming hosts who are so welcoming and provide little gifts to make our stay easier.

The suite itself is great, spacious and comfy. Location is good, requires walking to places. WiFi worked well and their recommendations on things to see, ear and drink were good in the town. However, the check-in process was awful and I had to do the chasing to get the details to access the property which is strange considering they had my details! I think the place is setup more for AirBnB rather than a hotel/guest house, they should make this easier to get given the info, asking me to message a random number to get the details isn't ideal. The suite is not soundproof so you will hear a lot of random noises and planes going overhead which takes away from the relaxation and could disturb your sleep. Balcony I didn't use but doesn't look out onto anything nice so didn't use it. There is parking for about 5 cars, but you could park on the street although it's crowded so maybe difficult. Overall, it was a good stay, just needed the whole process more streamlined.

Conveniently located and a good price. We did not stay here long, so can't comment on too much else. Check in was contact-less and easy. Balcony was nice. Air conditioning worked without issues.

This appears to be a newer facility-up to date bathroom with 2 showers! Very comfortable and even though we never met the staff, they accommodated our needs. The neighborhood is a bit rundown, but felt safe.

We had a one night stay at the Artree Suites prior to going to the Port of Heraklion. Communication and Check-in was wonderful and very easy. Our room was large, very clean and well-appointed. The room was decorated beautifully and we felt very safe and very comfortable. Everything looked well maintained and new. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the center of town, but very close to the pier.

This place was part of a longer trip and we started from there when we landed from Athens, we cam back at the end of the trip because we loved the place. They are very helpful and respond to all messages in minutes.
