One of the most disappointing experience I’ve had. Only stayed for few hours until our late flight but reception can’t remember and tried to charge us for the late check out and not professional. It was heavily raining and there was no place to go so asked for early check in but they don’t care about guests because girls were busying chatting.
The pictures shown in the internet were too pretty but the facility was very old and a bit nasty places not cleaned. A lot of Koren and a little noisy. The room was okay with enough hot water in the shower but the hair dryer was not useful.
Overall, the only supportive people were door men and they were friendly but receptionists were terrible and I would not recommend to stay .

It was a single night stay, about 10 minutes from the railway station. Quick check in, and staff very helpful.
Breakfast was included and an excellent selection.

The hotel was in a great location,safe ,easy walking ,close to airport ,the Han River everything about this hotel from the information desk ,reception bar and waiter staff to housekeeping this hotel was a lovely experience.We will definitely stay here again in 2025

nice view from high floor, clean room. just a suggestion that the breakfast table laying for the utensils , can wrap it with clean papers rather than just lay it open ? because i saw when cleaning table mats left by others after they finished, the cleaning only just dust out scraps and put back on table n our spoon n fork is laid onto same used table mat. not hygienic. hope the hotel can do some improvement on table hygiene. if not for this issue, i would have give this hotel excellent 5star.

The hotel was nice and the room was really good and well organized. The bathroom and shower had a good size. Only thing that would have been better was if the aircon could stay on when not there, as it takes some time to cool the room down. Both breakfast and pool was okay.

pretty cheap so quite basic. Breakfast was good with a decent selection. Large shower/bathroom so highlight of the room. Good location - walking distance to both markets, a supermarket and dragon bridge
Negatives found were: the room could do with a good deep clean and the windows are only single glazed so noisy from the streets below at all times-this was a 7th floor bedroom too.

The not so good:
* The "hot" water was not hot at all. It was not cold but should be hotter
* Pillows are too high. Luckily, I knew this and and brought my own smaller pillow
* No gym - surprising for a four star hotel
* No spa - surprising for a "hotel and spa"
* No bathtub (in any room, as far as I can tell)
* Pool is only outside (great in the summer, not in the winter)
Overall: It was a nice place but it was clear they have very few guests so it seems they tried to cut some costs. I can understand that but then they should have coordinated with other businesses to offer the commonly expected services to their guests.

Quite empty for the room and not many facilities. Poor ventilation inside the room, which requires a long time to cool down the room, noisy corridor in the morning and poor temperature control for showering.

No one took me to my room either so it took me a while to find my room which was in a hidden area. I expected more from this hotel.
