Clean and comfortable stay!

Really appreciate the cleanliness and set up of the room. Easy access to freeway. Front desk staff was very pleasant.

The fridge in the room made knocking noises all night, impossible to sleep.

The only reason I have a 3 star overall is that it was kind of noisy there. Like I had trouble falling asleep one night cause I could hear people in the room above me.

I stayed at this location on two occasions same month just three night apart. The first time it was ok nothing terrible but nothing great. The hotel was just right for the price paid. The second time it was terrible because the room had a smell to it, the mattress in that particular room was really bad. The absolute worse part of this stay was we had to see and smell two other guest smoking a marihuana joint. The first guest was in the elevator with my daughter and me, he had a joint in his hand and it was lighted. That thing smell horrible and my daughter and I had to smell and witness him because we had to wait until elevator door opened. The second guest we saw had a bike in the hall way with again vaping that smelled terrible. We did not notify the front desk because we didn’t want to get hurt if the other guest found out it was my daughter and me who told on them. On the good note I had left an item in the room during my last stay after I checked out and they were kind enough to hold it for me until I returned and picked it up.

Really comfortable. Very friendly check in process. It was hard to charge phones because when you turn the lamp off, the charger port turns off. Also, this is so picky, but it would nice to have regular, unflavored, unsweetened creamer for the coffee.

Staff was quick and efficient at check-in. Room was spacious and cold (outside temp was 111 F).

It was clean and staff was friendly. It was in a nice area with lots of food and shopping close by. The free breakfast wasnt the best as there wasnt many options of anything but Dunkin Donuts is just across the way.

Rooms are very clean, close to hospital, shopping,dining, had kitchen, micro, full size refrigerator/freezer!! Will stay again.

Cleaning the parking lot they blew a bunch of dirt on my car. Then the workers just said sorry and blew the majority of it back off, leaving a nasty greasy film behind. I had to go and get it washed immediately

Enjoyed the privicy of the split room with individual tv.

The entire staff at this particular extended stay is always extremely kind & very friendly during my stay! I frequently stay at the West Chandler location & both me & My Service Dog are always welcomed with a smile & friendly conversation! There are a couple locations that would be more convenient as far as closer to my work etc. but I prefer staying at this location because they make me very comfortable & I appreciate that! Their hospitality is excellent!!!!! 😀

Bed was comfortable and room was reasonably clean, hallways are old and outdated. Breakfast could be better given what some other hotels offer for breakfast - grab and go boiled eggs, coffee, oatmeal packets and packaged muffin/granola bars. Rooms don’t come with any dishes, hair dryer, paper towels, all need to be ordered with front desk and then need to go to desk to pick the up which is inconvenient. We didn’t use the kitchen provided.

Great room. My only complaint was for the price I paid (Over $200 for 1 night) the breakfast included was pitiful. I was expecting more but really all there was was oranges, 2 pack of cold hard boiled eggs, coffee and individually wrapped snack packs. Terrible breakfast. You can't get full on that. I still had to go get breakfast somewhere else after I left. Should not state that breakfast is included on the features. Should say snacks included.

The hotel was in a convenient location and well kept. Disappointed with the limited “take away” breakfast options. Saturday had few items and Sunday had even less and had obviously not been restocked. 2 tangerines and 2 packaged muffins…

We flew in to visit family nearby. It was a decent place to sleep. Breakfast was coffee/cocoa plus instant oatmeal/granola bars and tangerines. We did not avail of the kitchen amenities.

The customer service was poor. Front desk was rude.

After reading a few of the reviews of hotel i was a little nervous. My review is the place is a wonderful place to stay. Food places & stores half a mile away. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Good place to stay

Would be nice to have water with breakfast instead of just coffee and hot water.

This location was so much better than the Phoenix-Mesa location we stayed at previously. Clean, more inviting, inside and out. A place to park while checking in and plenty of parking. An inviting front desk and friendly person behind the desk.

Overall, pretty good. Just a couple of small details would make a difference though: 1. Provide guests with a bottle of water or two. 2. Provide hair conditioner, not just shampoo. 3. Provide a decent breakfast (coffee and a prepackaged muffin just won’t do).

Service from the staff is poor, offers breakfast and it’s not even breakfast just granola bars and coffee.

Check in was quick, easy. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.
