The breakfast was good. I appreciated that I could have eggs and fruit, while the kids could have pancakes and cereal. Not sure the scrambled eggs were authentic, but a little Tapatillo made it fine. The cleaning staff was excellent and friendly! All facilities were very clean.

This was my second visit to this location, and everyone was nice and check in was easy. room was very clean and i liked the location. I do wish you would offer scrambled eggs and some fresh cut fruit.

We had an excellent stay! Very impressed on the price and the atmosphere and how comfortable the staff and rooms were. The space in the room was impressive and will definitely recommend this to anyone!

I was pleasantly surprised by the Holiday Inn. It was clean, had a large cold fridge, keurig and microwave in the room. I would say the rest of the room was equivalent to any Marriott or Hilton I’ve stayed at but better because of the room extras. They even offered a great breakfast every morning and the staff was still filling trays of food with 15 minutes to go of service. The breakfast had a fun pancake making machine, biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes, fruit, cereal, bagels ,juice, etc. The employees working there too were kind and helpful. I will be searching out holiday inns in the future.

We loved the beds, the ac, and the pool space! There was some ants but the staff did great in assisting with a room rate. There was some stuff that was being used hard like shower curtains, and some other things.

It’s super clean , beds are ok , I have sensitive back, good friendly people, easy access to reataurants, the only 1 thing is that there are no umbrellas at the pool and jacuzzi. At 90 to 100 degree weather in the summer . Shade is necessary !

Our room was very noisy from the nearby freeway. We were in a room at the end on the4th floor. We were given a choice of roomswhen we checked in, but when we asked to move 30 minutes later, suddenly the hotel was "full". That was obviously untrue. We let it slide as we had a funeral to attend. On the positive side, the bed was extremely comfortable.

The hotel was conveniently located, just a short drive to lots of restaurants and shopping but far enough away that you're not inconvenienced by crowds and noise.

Bad customer service. I stay for one night. Overprice. I made a reservation for two beds, once arrived they told me it was sold out and they gave me one bed.tge receptionist was very cold and rude. I asked foer more blankets and pillows and tgey told me that they didn't have any. Tgat they were going to look and deliver to my room if tgey would able to find any. No one ever showed up with blankets or updates. Horrible experience. I will jecer stay there ever again.

Did I say the staff was wonderful? The staff was wonderful. Even when I disagreed with a Keurig coffee maker, Dustin was quick to my aid, patient, and non-judgmental! LOL
I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Jennifer the manager was amazing. I was stuck at Denver airport due to missing my connecting flight. My husband was already in Ontario. She helped by adding him so he could check in
