Well, first thing, pool was out of order, they said oh you can leave, second room smelled like smoke, i was told it was inspected.next did i mention the 100 dollar incidental fee, last the hot water was just a stream of nothing. To be honest, they did offer upgrade, i was tired and did not wish to move, but i think there could ha e been some consideration and or some type of hey we want your buissness. NOT OWELL NOTHING WE CAN DO. oh lets not forget the 3rd party booking, basiclly take your complain to Travelocity. I WILL. YALL HAVE A GOOD DAY..it only take one termite to bring a house down

The rooms were a little bit dirty could be a bit more clean.

The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety to chose from. The staff kept the area well stocked & clean. Good location close to stores, gas, walking distance.

Picked this hotel because of its high rating however I found the hotel to be average at best. Our room had toothpaste stains on the bathroom mirror from the previous guests that stood out immediately when we first entered the room. Made us wonder how clean the room really was but everything else appeared to be clean. There are several LED lights in the room from different appliances that really bothered us during the night. We ended up covering them with towels. Breakfast was included but was below average with instant coffee machine and only two types of cereal, no oatmeal and no fruit except for an apple. They did have scrambled egg's, bacon and a waffle maker but all of it looked very generic and low quality. We passed on breakfast and went to a local cafe. If this hotel was half the price they charged me I would have still said it’s just average for a mid-level hotel however for what we paid I expected way more.

Property was little outdated but customer service was excellent.

Our room was clean and comfirtable. Theres a Burger King and 7-11 within walking distance.

We liked the area. Very accessible to our family and friends. Shopping was available. Did not like the layout of the room. The bathroom sink sits outside of the bedroom. That is unsanitary!

It was a nice place but no one cleaned the room I was there for 6 nights

While it may not have every amenity of a luxury hotel, I can't think of anything I missed. I stayed in a suite with a king bed, pull out couch, comfy chair, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Parking is free. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient (and included). The location was pretty central. Not a big fan of the indoor pool, but then again I probably wouldn't have used an outdoor pool either. For a suite the price was phenomenal. I will retyrn when i am in the area.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The breakfast felt like you were cutting corners compared to another comfort we stayed at. Your employee was trying to keep up all by herself. She was wonderful. Give her kudos for all she does.

Nice hotel

It was fairly average... it was clean, cool, and relatively newly renovated. Couple of negatives, would have like a freezer in the fridge and smart tvs so we could sign in to Netflix. It was nice to have breakfast but a little variety from day to day would be nice. Fitness room could be improved. Didn't use the pool but was nice that there was one. In general it was nicer than it looked from the outside.

The hotel provides everything we need. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. We will stay there again next time when we travel to San Diego.

Amazing Staff. Lady that was cooking breakfast was an amazing lady very humble and nice.

I was very unsatisfied with this hotel. There is no housekeeping and you have to go to the front desk to request more towels. The pool has too much chlorine and the hot tub had some algae looking substance. The complimentary breakfast is very limited.

Omg I stayed in room 111 and the walls were so thin you could hear the people’s full conversation through the wall. Not to mention our neighbors had a baby that never stopped crying all night and the next morning. As a joke the neighbor actually sneezed and I said bless you. She said thank you. Through the wall. Which made quality time with the wife very difficult.

Quick walk distance to stores and burger Kings for the teenagers to go Alone ( they always wanna be alone lol ) ! Friendly staff and breakfast was delicious! Thanks Comform inn !! Swimming indoor pool was small but clean

This is the best Comfort Inn I have ever went to. I have visited other Comfort Inn locations and I totally hated them. I would’ve given this property five stars, but the pillows in the room are rather small. But not the last property is right, and I was actually surprised.

The staff was great. Expedia never sent the reservation over to comfort suites. I had reservations for seven days for king suite and they had to give us alternate rooms. It was very stressful way to start my vacation. Comfort suites made it happen for us
