The location and the staff were terrific. The facilities were outstanding. The room was clean and spacious.

The cost was outrageous. I spent $701 for two nights. Breakfast was not included which I find bizarre. While the property exceeds all other expectations, it seriously ranked on the value for money.

I didn’t like that the room smelled like old cleaning water. I wish there was some kind of fresh scent throughout the property.

Paid for triple room. Sofa bed not made and after complaining , we were given sheets to make the bed ourselves. Sofa bed did not fit in room and created a safety hazard. Second day, beds were not made and no clean towels. Terrible hotel.

Great stay loved the early check in and late check out.

The staff was very cold and unfriendly. I was not greeted well and made to feel welcome.

The hotel looked new. It had a lot of areas to hang out in.

Some of the areas weren’t cleaned. Looked like men’s facial hair all over the inside wall of the sink. The floor by the window was grimy. We only had 1 towel set for four of us. There were no extra blankets or pillows. When we called for all of that it would be the front desk that brought it, so it would take forever. I would have felt better about the stay if I hadn’t seen all the beard hair in the sink. After a pandemic you want to feel like the place you’re staying at is clean. The outside trash cans weren’t emptied often. They didn’t have enough pool towels, I was given bath towels and the pool towels they did have were really small and thin.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and beautiful. the Gym is well equipped looking forward to my next visit here
